My experience with Chuba was very positive. Duane met with me repeatedly, patiently going over the details before beginning my project to make sure that it would be exactly what I wanted. Everything was put in writing so you know what materials are being used and the itemized cost of the project. The end result is that I have a great new addition and deck on my home that I absolutely love. It has quickly become the favorite portion of my home among visitors. I would describe every one of the workers associated with Chuba as professional and courteous. They listen, pay attention to details, and deliver quality custom work. Our first exposure to the Chuba Co was when they were the contractor for our sons Bath Crashers experience. We saw how the crew worked together and the completed renovation. Duane came to our home listened to our ideas gave us suggestions for our planned kitchen renovation. We had not planned on redoing the floor but we changed our mind on that idea. Duane suggested a Luxury Vinyl plank flooring that we had them install. The flooring is awesome absolutely love it. Duane also had a suggestion to open the doorway between the kitchen and formal dining room which brought in natural light and visually opened the space. This was a very cost effective change that everyone loves. All of the sub contractors were great to work with. We did have a couple of minor issues that are typical with any renovation. Duane addressed them immediately to our complete satisfaction. We found the Chuba Co a great company to work with and would hire them again. .

Chuba replaced our roof, all of our windows and installed vinyl siding. No problems. No regrets. Everyone, from Mike Crank to the office folks to the installers were extremely professional and very helpful with advice on materials and colors. We couldn't be more pleased. Thanks! We have worked with The Chuba Company Several times over the past 5-6 years. Our first project with them was to complete a basement finish. The project was already roughed-in by the original home builder and we chose to complete the project with Chuba due to many recommendations from neighbors and friends. The first thing we noticed when working with Chuba Company, and specifically, Duane Kozitka, was how excellent the communication was. Mr. Kozitka checked on the project daily, kept us in the loop regarding progress, timelines, design upgrade options, and pointed out details we, as not building experts, would have not considered if he had not taken the time to notice the details. Our basement finish project was completed on-time, with no hassles, and absolutely EVERY single person who was contracted-out to participate in the completion of our basement project was also on-time, courteous, neat, and excellent communicators. We dealt with plumbers, sheet rock crews, tile/flooring, HVAC, Fireplace installers, brick layers, granite experts, you name it and we had it. Every person on the crew was fantastic, neat, courteous and experts at what they do. Chuba company provided us with excellent service and experiences. Our basement turned out beautifully and exceeded our expectations. I cannot stress enough at how smoothly this project went, how courteous all members of the team were, how skilled and precise the crew was on all aspects and parts of the project. This was a top of the line experience. We hired Chuba company again a few years later to add a maintenance free deck to our home. Again, dealing with Mr. Kozitka and the fantastic crew at Chuba. Our deck is gorgeous. Chuba worked with us on putting together a design, opening up our eyes to all possibilities, and helping us create an outdoor space that was unique to our style. Once demolition of our old deck began I assumed there would be more of a small mess to deal with since it was an outdoor project, old nails, wood scraps, etc. Having pets and children this was a large concern to me. I should have known better, the crew was so thorough and neat they kept the demo area spotless by picking up as they went. The demo went smoothly and the construction was completed on time and done beautifully. I never even had to pick up a single misplaced nail or scrap of material. We love our deck, and again, another fantastic experience with quality work, beautiful design and really great people to work with. We have since hired The Chuba Company on for other tasks here and there from heating/decking a garage attic to helping re-insulate part of our home and are planning a future bathroom remodel down the line. I will continue to go with Chuba company because I trust and know that when they are on the job I will receive a quality product, a good price, install, and straight-forward, well thought out plans, communication, and input. They are excellent at what they do and have been a pleasure to work with at all times. That being said, it also important to note, that not only does The Chuba Company provide excellent service, quality, good pricing, and excellent customer service but their trade partners do as well. I cannot say enough good things about The Chuba Company and the quality partnerships this company has built. The Chuba Company and their many partners are top-notch all the way. If you are looking for quality work, wonderful people to work with, great pricing, excellent communication and service, along with amazing design and creative capability this is really, truly, the only place to go.

The Chuba Company did an addition to our existing home. From beginning to end, we were impressed with their responsiveness to our needs, their sensitivity to our priorities, and their excellent communication. We would highly recommend choosing them for your project. They helped us fine tune our ideas from the beginning when they were just ideas in our minds, taking them through all the design and budgeting steps, and ultimately make them real. They were great to work with! They stayed on schedule, and we are now enjoying our new space!

The Chuba Company was the general contractor on our new home construction project, a very complicated build designed by an architect. We chose them because of their work ethic, customer focus, integrity, reasonable fees, and willingness to think outside the box and take on the challenges of an architectural home. We were not disappointed on any of these fronts, in fact they exceeded our expectations. We also liked their experience with many energy saving features like SIP's and in-floor radiant heat that we included in our design. We have maintained a relationship and friendship with Chuba since our construction and they have always stood by their work. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future on our second phase of construction.

From day one when I first met with Chuba (David Long) at my home it was clear that they could handle every aspect of the project I had so that I didn't have to do much. (Being that I was a widow and had no clue where to even start). They helped lead me through the whole remodel which was a new kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, add new windows and a two car garage and reside the whole out side of the house. It was no small remodel. The guys that came for the different jobs were all fun and cheery and did a great job. If we ran into an unexpected issue they were on top of it and fixed it. If I should ever need even the smallest thing remodeled or built I would not hesitate in calling Chuba Company back to do it. The only reason I gave them a four star rating is only because there are a few down times when you have to wait for the next person to come but that's due to scheduling the different contractors. I think that's the way it is with any builders. Really, the Chuba Company is the best! They were my life saver. Thanks to Chuba and the boys!
