Katie is fantastic! I own multiple homes and have gone through many renovations and build projects over the years. Katie is head and shoulders above every single designer I've ever worked with. She designed a new kitchen from the ground up, four new bathrooms, a home office, master bedroom, guest bedroom, media room, a living room and dining room, a two-room guest house, and refurbished several other existing bedrooms and bathrooms -- all during the pandemic! I had to make a lot of selections without seeing everything in person -- but Katie still made everything happen. She sent me samples of everything, videoed slabs, and gave me alternate designs to consider on everything. Everything, from the floors to the lighting and even the bedding and pillows in all of the rooms, looks fantastic. When I moved in in August -- all I could say is "WOW!" Everything is beautiful. Katie has great ideas, really thinks about how you are going to use your space, and shepherds everything throughout the entire process. She made sure that the house was move-in ready. The transition was seamless, and the quality of each and every item purchased is fantastic. She even made sure our outdoor furniture on our decks was fully set up -- so we could move in and use all of our spaces. If I could give her 100 stars, I would! (I would have added photos, but I couldn't figure out how to do it)

She is great - really listen to what you need and bring new ideas. Quick on emails and feedback while the project is going on.

We have really enjoyed working with Katie over the past 6 months to modernize our condo. She is open to our feedback and mindful of our budget. We would recommend her to other clients!
