Terrible service, a major headache in our building process. They treated us as though we had never made purchases for building supplies, which isn’t the case, and their policy of forcing you to report back with a dummy charge amount cost us weeks for our project since we didn’t see the email. If this policy is so important to them, why didn’t they call to follow up? It’s terrible service and just not worth the trouble. Also, they charged $700 in shipping, so don’t be fooled by low prices. I was willing to pay that amount for my project, but I’m not willing to put up with their silly company policy and poor service.

Their photos do not match the items they are selling. Even upon requesting more photos they were clearly a different color than the tile I received. They do not offer small samples, I had to pay $40+ for shipping of a sample, plus the full cost of the tile itself. Emails to customer service were very unprofessional, no signature with a phone number for contact and riddled with spelling errors. I cannot recommend this company to anyone for a tile project.

Comentado: what color grout should be used ?Hi Judy, We do not sell setting materials but you can go to home Depot or Lowes. They sell grout and you will be able to select a color there.
