Amazing contractor, hire this team! When looking for a company to purchase new counters for our kitchen remodel, we worked with Sharon Stone Design. Throughout our meetings, we learned that Sharon’s husband, Guy, is a contractor with a full team of electricians, painters, plumbers, etc. After our remodel wasn’t going well with the group we were originally using, we hired Guy and his team to finish the job. They executed the full kitchen remodel including painting cabinets and installing hardware, installing electrical outlets, new recessed lighting, stovetop, hood and sink, as well as installing a new countertop and backsplash. Additionally, they painted cabinets in two bathrooms and painted the exterior of our home. Sharon, Guy, and their team pay attention to detail, and their expertise helps guide you through difficult decisions. They made excellent recommendations of aspects of the job we hadn’t thought of previously which enhanced the beauty of the remodel. Throughout the job, Guy checked in regularly and sent photos of the progress in real time. Their pricing was very reasonable and the job was completed not only in a timely manner, but on budget. We are so pleased with their professionalism and the outcome of the job. I would look no further as I highly recommend Sharon Stone Design for your kitchen, bathroom, and home remodels.

We asked SHARON Stone Design to remodel to our kitchen and bathroom. Guy and his team replaced the countertop and did the backsplash of my kitchen, installed LED recessed ceiling lights on bottom floor and bedroom, and re-tiled the floors of both bathrooms and the shower wall. The biggest and most important job was the re-wiring of our bottom floor, which was a huge undertaking. It was done cleanly, and it smoothly passed inspection. One thing I appreciated was that Guy and his team patched and re-textured any holes or walls they had to cut out to do the re-wiring. (Electrical contractors typically don't offer to patch anything. They just leave you with the holes and wires exposed! Gah!!!) Guy's painter did a beautiful job patching and re-texturing everything. You'd never know that they gutted the place. Guy gives very solid design recommendations and the results turned out great. It's always nice to know that Guy is not a finish-and-take-my-leave sort of contractor. I feel that I can count on his advice with any improvements I will make in the future.

Sharon and team recently did a flooring remodel in my three story townhome. We are OBSESSED with our new floors! We took our time in the decision making process. We were trying to decide between engineered hardwood and vinyl. With Guy's expert knowledge and assessing our living situation with two kids and two dogs, the expert recommended vinyl to uphold our life style. Given that our second floor is where a lot of our water sources are, it was the best decision. We are already planning our next project with them! Through the construction time, Guy's team was respectful, mask wearing, and sanitizing regularly. We were living on our third floor during renovations, so they kept our home extra clean for us every evening when they finished. We would come home to a very minimally dusty space. The COVID19 precautions were practiced by his team and we were so pleased with the outcome of our floors.

Sharon and her team are amazing! They did our whole house counter tops -kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. Their work was amazing. We ran into issues with our slab sizes not their fault but because of cabinet sizes being different than what was on the plan. Sharon quickly brainstormed and came up with a slab that was very close to the rest of the counters. She quickly was able to order it and finish the job on time. They have really good work ethics and will go above and beyond to get the job done. They also reached out to me since a couple items are pending and they followed up on those right away. I will highly recommend them!

Sharon is an AMAZING professional! Her team and consultation services are unmatched and guarantee a beautiful result! We did a complete remodel of a fixer we bough in Sunnyvale. I was swamped with many decisions to make and was looking for countertop solutions for the Kitchen and bathroom vanities. Sharon made the process easy for us and help us tremendously in making good design and practical choices. Sharon was very helpful in understanding our needs, she understood our preferences and budget. She was able to come up quickly with insights and recommendations that helped us to navigate among the endless options available, focus, and choose the right slabs for our project. Sharon was very helpful in optimizing the most beautiful way to cut the slabs and match them to different areas - this is very important as you want specific veins in slabs to be at different areas to show the stone characteristic and highlight the kitchen. Sharon's team was able to spot some misalignment issues in my cabinets that would have caused issues in the future. Finding those issues allowed me to get them fixed and avoid much-unneeded frustration. We were stressed with times, but Sharon promised quick turnaround and she delivered - fabrication was quick, and countertops were delivered and installed on time.

Absolutely the best construction professionals I have ever worked with! The Sharon Stone team helped us a few years ago in a complex stone project, and done an amazing job in creating a beautiful stone work! Years later, we are rebuilding an old house we bought, called Sharon and asked her to do all the stone work in the house. The result is beautiful, detail oriented and very-well done, artistic and professional stone design and work. Super happy! Highly recommended!

We worked with Guy for his contracting services to remodel a recently purchased house.The remodeling required significant electrical, heating and plumbing updates, along with aesthetic changes like building a walk-in closet. First things first - 1. No remodeling is going to be easy - after spending $$$ amount of money on your first home you are going to see it torn down to its insulation and bones before it transforms in front of your eyes. 2. If you have limited domain knowledge of the work you are undertaking (e.g. permits, electrical outlet types, plumbing laws, etc.) like I did, you will be heavily dependent on your contractor to take you through the process. With these baselines set - to tackle both of the above, Guy is your guy :) He is very swift with his work and is always responsive with his client and sub contractors alike. He is also good at breaking down complex issues and finding solutions. At times, discussions did get heated/frustrating but the end goal always stood the same - we BOTH were working towards a good quality, safe home. We also got a few lovely surprises along the way where he did work for us pro-bono, out of sheer goodwill. Guy also has the most wonderful wife and kids and it's great to see this husband-wife partnership flourish. One of the main reasons we went for Guy was because of the trust others said they have in him - not only for the remodeling but also providing care for the home once it's done. We have noticed some issues with electrical points/lights as well as some pending small jobs he had promised to complete. Once we reached out, he has instantly responded and we are scheduled to meet soon. Stay tuned as I will definitely update this post once that is resolved. As Guy once told us, the contractor-client relationship should be a long term one!

I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Sharon Stone Design. Sharon and her team are professional, timely and all around a pleasure to work with. Sharon helped me pick out the right stone for my countertop and did a meticulous job cutting the stone to the perfect dimension, matching the pattern of the veins in the stone to each seam, and her installation crew did a great job measuring and installing the stone. I cannot recommend Sharon Stone Design enough to anyone installing countertops!

From the design and selection of materials through the actual construction process, Guy of Sharonstone construction proved knowledgeable and totally committed to the projects. Guy and his crews pay special attention to detail. Our home has been transformed upstairs and downstairs with beautiful of Italian tile. They finished the job as they promised. This is something unheard from contractors.We highly recommend Sharonstone construction.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen and bathroom by replacing the tile floor with new tiling and replacing the countertop. We met with a couple contractors to get quotes and decided to go with Sharon Stone Design. From the beginning it was clear that Guy was much more responsive, friendlier, and prices were more reasonable compared to the other contractors. we talked to. Guy and his wife Sharon worked with us within our budget. They gave great recommendations when it came to picking out counters, tile, and other design choices. Throughout the job Guy gave regularly checked in the work, gave updates, was very responsive to questions, and addressed all the minor requests we had. Finally, and most importantly, we were very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the final work.

The Sharon Stone team did an excellent job. They gave a fast turnaround time after making the measurement. Before the installation, they provided valuable advice about countertop and sink to choose. The installers were professional, efficient, and friendly. They cleaned up well after the job. Also, the team was very accommodating when I asked them to come back to drill one more hole for a hot water dispenser. I highly recommend this team!

Needed a small chip in my granite counter top repaired. The company that installed the top (less than a year ago) was "just too busy" to spare anybody (they weren't "too busy" when I was writing them checks for over $6k). Was referred to Sharon Stone and she sent Javier over a couple weeks later (it was a very small chip and I told Sharon that there was no hurry). Javier showed up on time, was very professional, did a great job and was a very pleasant guy to have around for the couple hours he was here. Javier also pointed out to me that the type of granite we used for the counters (quartzite) is prone to chipping and that the edge profile we selected is a bit sharp cornered. He told me that if they had done the job with that material, they would have suggested that we use a slightly rounder profile to reduce the likelihood of chipping. Wish I had known about Sharon Stone Design before I went with the guys who did the fabrication/install.
