From their employees to their vendors to their subcontractors - all were extremely knowledgeable , professional and committed to making sure that we were satisfied with the finished project.... and we finished exactly on the date promised ! We had Select Builders build our beach home in Lewes. Mike and his entire team were outstanding to work with. We brought our idea of what we wanted to build to Mike and with his creativity we were able to design our dream home. Throughout the process as we had thoughts to modify, he was eager to adjust and to accommodate our wishes. The quality of work was superior. They exceeded our expectations throughout the construction process and I would highly recommend his team to anyone to have them build their home. Select Builders is absolutely amazing!

Mike Lynn and the staff at Select Builders were great to work with during our custom home project. They were fully involved, from the various concepts that we had, the engineering, architectural design, finishes, and helpful suggestions along the way. Of course there were changes (mostly created by my wife and I) and Select Builders could not have been more accommodating. The entire process felt like a partnership that everyone had a stake in. We are very pleased with the quality and durability of the finished project. Select Builders has stood behind any issues that occurred and are always there for us. I would recommend them for anyone considering a construction project.
