From the simple make up of the firm, a builder and designer at the helm, all the way down to our approach and perspective. Our comprehensive way to build the new home of your dreams or to remodel your existing home will impress you. We handle every stage and detail of your project, from finding a lot, to designing your home, to assisting you with all of the selections and putting it all together to form a seamless build process. Greenwood builders provided excellent quality work and made sure that we received everything that we expected in making our home be everything we had dreamed of, Every project hits bumps in the road, but Scott was very cooperative in solving all the problems and making it very fair to both us and Greenwood. Greenwood was fantastic. They built the house we wanted, within our budget, and on time. They were extremely responsive to our questions and helped us design the home we dreamed about. Greenwood made the project fun and we love our home. If we ever build again I would definitely use Greenwood.

Exceptional custom home builder! Scott is local, knows the area, and is super trustworthy and knowledgable! The home I bought in Chevalle was perfect, and continues to be. They back up their craftsmanship with outstanding customer service - fixed even the tiniest paint chips prior to closing.

We have our dream home, thanks to GreenWood Design Build! We started with Doug, and it was so exciting to watch him take our ideas and create a plan that fit us, not a model, not pick plan A or plan B, he listened to how we intended to use our home. Then selections started, to be honest this stressed me a little bit, does it go together? does it fit the budget? we had no need to worry, GreenWood's in house designer helped us bring it all together and she was their to answer all of our design question through the entire build. The field staff met us at the house several times throughout the build making sure it was what we envisioned and that we understood how it all worked. The whole team was very professional, we are extremely happy with the quality in our home and the professionalism we experienced during our custom build. We would recommend Greenwood Design Build to anyone looking to design and build a high quality custom home!

I have worked in the home building industry for 13 years as a finish carpenter. What makes Greenwood so great is their knowledgable staff with many years experience and it really shows during the home building process. They genuinely care and are out to build a quality home for clients. Greenwoods attention to detail from start to end is matched by no other. I would urge anyone thinking of building a house to meet with Greenwood and view a model home to see and feel the difference. I'm confident Greenwood can build a home to fit your lifestyle and needs!

GreenWood designed and built us an amazing custom home. They even helped us with selecting the right lot for us. The building experience was incredible with Scott and Doug. We stayed within budget and didn't have to compromise on anything as the initial plan was so well designed, thought out, explained and executed. We moved in to our new house on schedule and it turned out far exceeding our expectations. We have lived in our house for several months and everything is fantastic. GreenWood has remained in touch with us to make sure everything is still satisfactory. We have highly recommended GreenWood to anyone looking at building or remodeling. Doug and Scott are incredible talented and professional - they put the customer first and move with their best interests in mind. If we were to do it all over again we wouldn't even consider another builder other than GreenWood.

This is the first and probably last house my husband and I will build. The experience with Greenwood was overall really great. They were easy to work with, had quality products to showcase and they designed the house that we were looking for and to meet our needs. The craftsmanship was quality and I would recommend anyone to work with them as they are a great company. The thing to be ready for and this would be with most builders is have a slush fund for upgrades if you lock into a mortgage. We were prepared but I don't know if everyone would be. Also keep on tasks with the builder the latter part of the process to ensure things are going as planned and everything is placed properly. Great process and Greenwood is a good company to work with.

My husband and I built a custom home 6 years ago with Greenwood Design Build. We had a great experience and would recommend them again. They listened to what we were asking for from the beginning of the custom design process to the end. The price estimates were in budget and everything was detailed out. They were flexible in making changes when we requested. The quality of their work was great and they didn’t try and cut corners. They were great to work with and we would build with them again.

Comentado: Interior doors and jambs- love this!Thanks, glad that you like it! The door jam is Benjamin Moore OC-117 Simply white enamel. The door is poplar with a custom stain done by paint supplier.
