Todd and team did an exemplary job on our upstairs renovation. We received a recommendation from a friend and the crew at reVISION did not disappoint. The design process was great and they took the time to work the renovation into the existing house design and feel. Project management was well organized and transparent, as was budgeting and ongoing cost adjustments and change requests . I'm pretty hands-on and the team was both professional and accommodating. The skilled trades Todd arranged were all excellent, and time commitments and orders were well scheduled and executed, despite the complexities of a pandemic. We’ve always wanted a family home with open concept, big functional two toned kitchen and a space where we can host gatherings. Well, we finally have our HGTV dream home. We hired Revision to renovate our basement into a 2 BR, 1 bath legal suite. It was a complete overhaul of gutting the whole basement, digging out 400 sq ft of crawl space, structural changes, putting in new plumbing, electrical, etc. The construction took just under a year and from start to finish Todd, Maria and the staff at Revision were very easy to work with. They are great communicators and any concerns/issues small or large were handled quickly and efficiently. I would definitely hire Revision again for future renovations.

I'm so thrilled with my renovation: the end result of course, but also the process. This was my first time renovating anything and the whole team at Revision was just the best. They walked me through everything, and never balked at any of my (endless) questions. They are kind, respectful, and professional. The key was communication and transparency. They were always available via text, email, phone, to answer questions, and they always kept me updated on the progress and timing. I was always in control of the budget too, and they would always get my approval before proceeding. Recommended whole heartedly!

WE hired Revision for a high end Condo complete renovation and refurbishing in the spring of 2018. They were involved in all phases of the project...from initial design through tear out,rebuild and finishing. Todd Senft and group provided excellent value add inputs throughout and worked with us extensively to achieve the look we wanted. They willingly added new suppliers and did not hesitate to steer us when we headed off in expensive and unneeded directions. There ethic and communications are both strong. It was a real pleasure to work with the group and would not hesitate to do so again and to recommend them to others..

We hired Revision for a major whole-house renovation that includes design, demolition, and construction. The entire process took about 1 year to complete, which was a little longer than originally expected, but in the end, Revision did a really good job in putting everything together and presenting us a dream home we have always wanted. I would like to praise in particular the tile, kitchen cabinet, countertop, plumbing, flooring and railing trades that Revision brought to finish the project. They did an absolutely amazing job during and even after the project completion. Our home is also the finalists in 2 categories of 2018 Georgie home reno awards:best kitchen reno and best home reno. We feel very proud in our achievement with Revision! In terms of cost, we were over the original budget but most of this was caused by us selecting the more expensive finish instead of the medium-range finish included in the budget. In terms of labor cost overage, which was caused by trades making mistakes here and there, I would just talk to Todd the owner to discuss the overage and if reasonable, he would credit back a portion of the overage. This is really nice. Todd the owner is very nice and reasonable to work with and he will always want to make his customer happy. We are particularly happy about his after-project service; he is there to make sure we are happy after moving in and will arrange trades to come back again to fix the deficiencies without extra charges. Overall we are happy with Revision and their work, we would also like to point out some of the things that we don’t like during the period of the project. 1) The design process took too long to finish: Out of the 1 year project period, 8 months were spent on design, getting permit, and finish selection, because the designer assigned to us was overwhelmed with too many tasks 2) Both designer and project manager quit the job before the project was finished. I understand their reasons but this created a big headache for us. Although Todd immediately found the replacements but it would still take us a great deal of time to re-communicate every detail to the new designer and project manager. We, as clients, have to be really on top of all communications to ensure successful project execution

reVISION did a wonderful job on our home! It was a very extensive project, as we overhauled the house. We completely changed the layout of the house, knocking out walls, and opening things up. We added square-footage to both floors, and created a separate suite. We updated and upgraded everything - plumbing, electrical, the works. It is basically an entirely new house, inside and out. It wasn't cheap, and it wasn't fast... but the end product speaks for itself. As issues arose throughout the 1 year (+) project, reVISION was quick to address them, and always transparent. We felt that Todd operates with a lot of transparency, and is easy to trust. His team is easy to work with. Some standouts are: top-notch design consultation with Maria, and some exceptional trades who not only delivered high quality work, but also added value to the project by making cost saving and/or house-improving suggestions. We would highly recommend reVISION to anyone looking to renovate or revamp their home.

When I called reVISION I wasn't sure what to expect, I had never hired a contractor before. They were very transparent with moeny and never hid costs, nothing was too small for them to do. I hired them for a kitchen but I got my basement finished and my roof re-tiled!! They were so helpful and professional I would hire them again, if I didn't already have the perfect kitchen ;)

When I first contacted Revision Renovation I had a simple straightforward kitchen renovation on my mind. In fact my initial meetings with Todd, his designer Kirsten Sutton and contractor Rick Sahar went so well, the estimated costs seemed very manageable, the open book financial disclosure policy seemed to be a guarantee to keep everybody on track, that I added a bathroom renovation on top. Well, to make a really long story short, it all turned out to be a much more complicated affair than any one of us could have imagined or foreseen. Things happen and things come up during a renovation, but we all got more than our fair share ,(I felt for you Rick). The team of Revision Renovation dealt with all upcoming issues in a professional and caring manner. They kept me informed, answered all my emails as soon as I send them, where accessible at all times, even had flowers at hand to make me smile. Everybody who worked on the project came when scheduled, was knowledgeable and courteous, the work space was always left as clean as possible. Working with a company who will really listen to your ideas and offer viable solutions is imperative: Kirsten Sutton revised the kitchen design several times and allowed me to be an active partner in the process, Todd Senft came immediately to take notice of my complaint regarding the newly installed kitchen cabinets.The problem was rectified and I ultimately ended up with a much better product and result at no additional cost to me. I was also more than once glad that Rick Sahar could think on his feet and come up with creative solutions. Everybody who worked on the project came when scheduled, was knowledgeable and courteous, the work space was always left as clean as possible. Now, with everything completed, Revision Renovation still answers promptly to whatever issue i come across regarding the work done.
