From our initial contact to the final finishing, their work was meticulous in every way. -they arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled -friendly and approachable -final cleanup was spotless -new shower is absolutely perfectly installed in every way Again, Jacob and Tim, thank you so much for the most professional reno we have ever had done!

We met with a Rebath design consultant to discuss a shower remodel we had in mind and decided to contract with Rebath for the work. We made a 50% ($8,779.35) down payment on or about 5/10/13. We selected the stone and travelled 50 miles 3 times over three months to the stone showroom before finally seeing the stone in the warehouse. It was "on order" the first two times. Once the stone was received and actual work began, the progress was good and the craftsman was excellent. Approximately two weeks after the project was completed (10/10/13), the design consultant called and asked for the remaining amount due. I asked if some consideration would be given for the 5 month interest free loan we gave the company but was denied. I paid the remaining due and told the consultant I thought they could improve their customer service. I would hire the craftsmen again but not the company.

I got my kitchen and bathroom done by Re-bath. 5 years ago I got my shower and tub done and it was done in 2 days. They where fast and friendly. This is what made me want to go through them for my kitchen. I got my kitchen done in December 2014. I really do love my new kitchen it is beautiful. But I will say that on the kitchen side of the business there is a lack communication. My sales women was wonderful but dealing with the team on the back end to get my kitchen scheduled was pretty horrible. To be honest I can not even count the amount of calls and message that I had to leave. Maybe I was just one of the unlucky people that fell through the crack. I guess when you pay a higher price over $3500 than other companies quoted you for the same job, you expect a specific type of service. I got the processed counter tops (which are like corian). They did get my kitchen done in 5 days and it looks nice. There are some areas I wished I would have asked about before they left, that look a little unfinished. But overall I do like my kitchen.

We were very happy with the professional manner in which the work was completed and, when we had an issue with the product, there was no question that they were going to make it right. In fact, they had to completely replace the manufactured counter-top to correct for a defect in the material.

They did our bathroom, it had a tub and we had a replacement done with a shower, a seat and some hand rails. They did a great job!!!

I had Re-Bath compleatly remodel my guest bath. All new shower enclosure, new plumbing & fixtures, new bathtub, new toliet, 2 new sinks, granite counter, new base cabinets, new tiled floor, And new paint for walls & ceiling too. Great job by one technician, (Brent!) all completed in one week. Large exsisting mirror moved & reinstalled. So efficient, clean, quiet, and no problems what so ever. Everything was very professionally done. I highly recommend their services. They have a very nice showroom with lots of choices.
