Precision Exterior replaced the cedar siding on our house with James Hardie Fiber Cement siding in 2013. The trim boards are PVC painted a dark brown to match the window frames. This summer we noticed that the trim boards that were in the sun for most of the day were pulling away from the house. They had mentioned this possibility when we chose dark brown, but the warranty on this project is for 10 years. We asked them to have a look and let them know that whether they covered it under their warranty or we had to pay them, we wanted them to repair them since they were most familiar with the project. After seeing the trim boards impacted, they decided to repair them under warranty using screws instead of the nails that were used originally. They completed the repair in a timely manner and it looks great. We are impressed that Precision Exterior considered this issue to be covered by the warranty, when they could have blamed it on the color we chose to paint the trim. On top of how well the rest of the project has stood the test of time, it is a real testament to the company's commitment to their customers.

The Precision team did phenomenal work on the entire outside of our home. They replaced old siding with Hardie Board and put beautiful stone on our front. Everything they did was done with great professionalism and was very meticulous. We've had several neighbors rave about their work and how nice our home looks.

I can not say enough about the owner who provided the assessment as well as many ideas to improve the project while keeping the cost under control. The installation crew was extremely professional, flexible to on-the-fly changes due to unexpected that produced a final high quality product that they, as the service provider, and me as the customers could be proud to call our home. Everyone at Precision worked together to produce an exceptional result. Highly Recommended.

Precision Contracting was outstanding. They installed Hardy Board siding and gutters/flashing to the back of our city row home. Since our houses are connected they fixed part of neighbors to ensure that our house would be water tight. They were very polite, kept working area clean every day. They were very responsive to any issues we had and very collaborative. They were very good at communicating when they were coming or had other jobs to go to. Would definitely hire them again.

We worked with Precision Contracting Services on a major exterior renovation. They removed all of the stucco from a 4,500 square foot house, replaced with James Hardie Fiber Cement siding. They added incredible detail with white azec trim, beautiful crown moulding details around the façade windows, beadboard ceiling in the porch area, slate tiles on the chimney, and exquisite detail on the dormers. Mike Hyon, was wonderful to collaborate with on design ideas. The crew was efficient and incredibly detail-oriented. They were also family-friendly and exercised appropriate care and caution in working on a home with young children. Using only the best products and with an eye for detail they insured that there will be no further water penetration and that the house would be a wonderful addition to the neighborhood-- in fact dozens of neighbors have stopped to comment on the startling makeover. It is like a brand new construction house with the finest materials and construction!
