I have used NO Vacancy for years to stage my vacant listings! They match the furniture to the price point of the home and it makes a huge difference in how the home photographs as well as the way it looks when a Buyer comes to view the home. They normally can do a one day installation, and once the home has sold are prompt with the removal of the furniture and accessories they provided. They are top notch!

I had a vacant home listed for an out of state seller. Krisztina Bell and her staff did a great job stagging this home with just the right furniture and accessories to match our price point. 1. I solicited feedback from a number of visitors to our house, most of whom had to "look past" the staging because of how it distracted from the features of the house. Staging is supposed to make the house's best features stand out. No Vacancy's work distorted the best features of the house and left things a confused mess. I regret this investment, which I believe diminished the final sale price of my home. 2. Their staging was untimely on the front end. The stagers left trash in my kitchen. 3. None of the staged lamps had bulbs. The house was pretty dark when all was said and done. I had to personally install light bulbs in all of the staged lamps, which they have stolen from now and will not reimburse me for. 4. They threatened to charge me $1,000 on the back end with hidden fees buried in their contract. They ended up charging me $500 on the back-end based on a hidden clause in their contract. Summary: They over-charge for sub-par work and conduct business in an unscrupulous manner. Stay away.
