I absolutely loved working with Nancy on my Kitchen project. My kitchen had been gutted due to a leak and I wanted to redesign my old 1960's kitchen and kitchenette to create a beautiful open floor plan space and she produced designs that were everything I wanted and more. She was patient and took the time to listen and understand my needs and was always responsive, even to a last minute change. I can't say enough good things or about her and Kitchen Design Consultants. I highly recommend using her for your next project!

Nancy just completed plans for the third kitchen she's designed for us. Although they have each been a very different type of kitchens for the houses we've built/remodeled, they have all been very efficient and functional spaces as well as aesthetically pleasing. Nancy is easy to work with, very proficient at incorporating our preferences and offers a number of options and ideas for the design. There have been numerous instances where she made suggestions for the layout of the house areas adjacent to the kitchen that we incorporated as well since they resulted in improvements to the flow around and through the kitchen. We have enjoyed working with Nancy each time and, at this point, I would not go into building or remodeling a kitchen without her input.

I’m on my 3rd kitchen redo with Nancy Evans—I cannot say enough about her designs, and the ease with which she approaches the work. I’m her biggest fan! One of the biggest advantages on this latest design job is her understanding of my preferences and my particular spatial desires. My kitchen is smallish, and a mid-1990’s model—and in desperate need of both an aesthetic facelift and improved functionality of use in the space. Nancy is “my kitchen designer” and frankly, I can’t imagine working with anyone else on projects like this. She listens, interprets, presents wonderful options, and all in a timeframe that feels like the project is just as important to her. She invites revision and explains why or why not something will work. Honestly, working with Nancy saves so much time and headache that can be associated with a kitchen remodel. She does the heavy lifting of creating the design so that the contractor can get right in and do the work. Her drawings are ready to go from the outset, and that is money in the bank!

Her extensive kitchen design expertise was very helpful during the design process, not only because she was able to make our vision come alive, but because she gave options and recommendations in areas where we were clueless. She knows industry standard dimensions by heart and was very knowledgeable about current trends. She was extremely fast during the design process and was ready and prepared for the next meeting very quickly. The drawings we received at the end were beautiful, easy to read/interpret, and the coordinating materials list was also very easy to follow. I wish all of our consultants were like Nancy!

Nancy has designed 2 kitchens for us, one a remodel in a 30 year old home and the other was a new build. The remodel was a kitchen that was originally small and closed off from surrounding rooms. She recommended changes to the overall space (such as relocating a laundry area, opening walls, removing a free-standing pantry, etc.) that bought us valuable space for the new kitchen. We appreciated how she incorporated all our wants into the design of the needs. The result was a beautiful, open and very functional kitchen that was a joy to use. When we put that house on the market, we received several over-price offers in the first few days and the buyer noted that, although the house met their needs, their decision was made primarily on the basis of the kitchen. Nancy next designed the kitchen in our new house She took the basic measurements that the builder provided and designed several options for us and we used features from all in the end. Again, the kitchen is beautiful and very functional. Nancy worked with both the remodeler and builder - providing lay-outs of the kitchen space in several views as well would as the cabinets specifically. She also provided detailed elevation schematics for the cabinet shop. We would highly recommend Nancy for any kitchen remodel/build that you're considering. She made the process very easy and the results were amazing. And it was actually an enjoyable experience - worth every penny!
