Our Story: Nation Properties began in 2001 with the vision in mind to give home seekers a personal and hands-on experience. Angela Nation began building homes with her father in St. Louis before making the move to Columbia and starting on her own. Coming from a family of construction and small business owners, Angela has been working on houses her whole professional life and is familiar with hard work and the nature of the home-building market. Angela brings a unique, holistic approach to building with the focus on not just creating a house, but a home that is both livable and beautiful. Angela personally understands the needs of a home owner as she often builds homes from floor plans she lives in herself.
