Working with Murray and Ball is easy. The company makes it easy because the jobs are well designed, built and finished. The carpenters arrive on time and are happy to help with all aspects of the job. All the people I have met from the company are switched on, cheerful and all round nice people.

Murray and Ball designed our kitchen to be stylish and functional for our family's needs. Our kitchen is the hub of our family home so it is important to us that it look great but is also tailored to our lifestyle. The kitchen design was impressive, taking in to account all the aspects that we had discussed with Nick and Frank at the beginning of the project. Kitchen installation went smoothly and we were kept informed of progress throughout. The quality of the workmanship to all areas is exceptional and the finished kitchen is everything that we could have hoped for. Nick and Frank were professional, knowledgeable and approachable. They worked within our budget and completed the project when they said they would. We can't recommend Murray and Ball highly enough!

From the very first meeting with Frank and all the way up to completion of the project, Murray and Ball were personable, professional and understanding. I had very strong ideas on how I wanted my kitchen to be. I had looked around and done my research and I was glad I did. Finding Murray and Ball was a stroke of luck. I passed by a coffee shop that they were fitting out and aesthetically it was exactly the kind of thing I was looking for. Their design sensibilities are not easily found. And when I enquired I was so happy to find people I could work with. And that's what was great, the project was truly bespoke. We worked very closely together on the design (based heavily on the Ash kitchen they had already designed) and it was great to get some professional advice on what I had in mind. Frank got exactly what I wanted and put together designs, samples and plans of how it could work. It felt like a full service set up. Murray and Ball sorted out plumbing, decorators, tiling and electrics. This was a bonus for me. Having only recently moved to Bristol I didn't have these sort of contacts. It made things easier for me. I prefer not having to project manage everything. During the installation process, Frank and Nick worked around us. Allowing us to have a semi-functioning kitchen, and trying not to impact our daily family life while it was being fitted. Any hiccups were dealt with, any queries were discussed. It was always transparent and I was always in the loop. There were no unpleasant surprises. I never felt sidelined, or pressured, or frustrated, or annoyed. The kitchen looks great. I love it. It functions beautifully and looks fantastic. I receive compliments on it regularly. It was very clear that Frank and Nick take a real pride in their work. The quality of the work is obvious. The aftercare was great too. I was assured that if there was any issue I should get in touch. I have, and any little things were always ironed out. All the people working on it were clean and tidy and very mindful that it was our home. They were all polite and kind and professional. What more can I say? If you're spending the money, then spend it with these guys. They're good eggs.

Such a wonderful team. They listened to exactly what I needed and then designed something that was beyond my expectations and communicated their plan and vision superbly. They came in when they said they would, worked considerately, professionally and neatly and finished the job on time and budget and it looks amazing. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Following a recommendation from an interior decorator, Nick and his team created shelving units for our living room, study and under our stairs. Their work was incredibly high quality. They were friendly and efficient, I would definitely recommend them.

We sort of stumbled across Murray & Ball Furniture and how fortuitous that stumble was! The brief: to design and build a kitchen and bedroom wardrobes that would complement the refurbishment and fabric of our 1904 mansion block flat. With little certainty about what exactly we wanted the finished outcome to be, we presented Frank and Nick with our ‘likes’ and ‘dislikes’. The result: a kitchen and wardrobes of imaginative design, exceptional craftsmanship that totally work for us. From our first meeting, through the design process, site meetings, fitting and snagging, Frank and Nick listened and responded to our questions and requests with professionalism, patience and always a solution! Their work ethic and attention to our needs living through the process were second to none. Apart from all that, they are both super guys, a pleasure to work with and we can't recommend them highly enough.
