Absolutely pathetic and you are crazy if you use them!!! Guaranteed to cancel and leave you in the lurch when you need to hand lease back, and should have believed prior comments even when I specifically asked on booking 3 weeks ago that they could 100% guarantee this would not happen to me since I was booking so in advance Cancelled and sorted a same day service out for much less money and so glad I did not give these people a cent of my money you should be ashamed

I hired Move Out Mates to do a move out cleaning at the end of Nov for my 2 bedroom apartment. Two men showed up and did no deep cleaning. They wouldn't even take out garbage. The carpet cleaning they offered was not even close to carpet cleaning. The stain removal service where they "test" it just means they will run their cleaner over it twice but they failed to get out two stains on the carpet. The bathroom, I think he just stayed in there and sprayed it down so it looked clean and wet when I entered. He didn't scrub the grout at all and left soap scum on the soap dispenser. Was really dissastified with this service. Move out cleaners in the past deep clean everything and throw out trash. The guy even tossed the pantry liners on the floor and then told me that he wouldn't pick it up or take it to the garbage. I paid close to $400 for this poor cleaning service and would have been better to just find a cleaner off Gumtree.

Sent a text that they were running 45min late, turned up 1hr 15min late Paid for a deep/spring clean Left bathroom floor dirty in areas Did not lift up anything to clean under including rugs Left several large items in house unpolished Did not even wipe the front of microwave or any kitchen appliances. Same in laundry Did not put things back in place When rang to discuss I was either not called back for up to 24hrs or harassed with emails and calls Given a date that if I did supply evidence within this time it becomes irrelevant and I must not have any evidence to support my complaint Sent photographic evidence and was offered a $20 voucher to spend with them After further discussions was offered a $40 voucher to spend with them (which I have since leant that vouchers are given to all new clients) I was obviously unhappy with this and then asked what I would be happy with, fairly I asked for a refund Was told no that he only have approval for a $40 voucher. I then asked to speak to someone who had authority and was told he was the only authority. Continued to ask what I wanted but said all he could do is a $40 voucher Was rude, unprofessional to deal with regarding customer service and didn't mind being very sarcastic regarding my whole problem of being late causing a huge hassle with a newborn. The house looked like it had a brief clean, certainly not a spring clean. I have never had such a bad job and service. I had no choice but accept what they have done.

What a disgrace I paid $800 and they didn't clean kitchen properly and paid extra $100 for wall cleaning and they got no dirt off and when I complained they said it was just a light wash down not a clean which it not what i was told when I shelled out an extra $100. They also did not clean carpets properly and if u have one item of furniture left they won't move it they will just not clean the area. My real estate paid another cleaner just 250 to clean the house and is very happy with the job from that company. I am spewing I forked out so much cash for a company that lie and do a low grade job.

Just wanted to say 'thank you' for the wonderful job you did at my parents' family house. I recently booked your cleaners for a full interior one-off cleaning. Great customer service and adequate rates, needless to mention that the house was brought to a top condition. We were quite surprised that a team of two was enough to handle the whole place and they even shared some maintenance tips with us. Would definitely call you again, cheers!

I used them for move in cleaning. Team was very punctual and did really good job with the property. It was a pleasure to move in a clean and shining house. Thank you for being professional and answering all my questions. the agent on the phone was also relly polite and helped me very much with everything. You have my recommendation.
