We have used M5 Construction twice. 1st time was for a remodel and the 2nd time was a year later for a rebuild after the house burned down. No fault of M5 Construction. Bret was a pleasure to work with and listened to everything we wanted and did not judge my need for everything to be done in Blue. He also came up with some good suggestions on the rebuild so make the house more up to date. We were able to change some of the things from the remodel that we didn't really from the 1st time. When we had an issue he was always available to discuss. We are happy with the work he did on our house both times.

When we remodeled our kitchen we couldn’t have asked for more than what Brett Miller delivered!! He gave us design ideas that were awesome and he paid attention to the details They really made the process a great experience!!! Check out the before and after of the kitchen area We love it!!

Bret is a pro. He has now done a large construction job for me and for my parents. Our project was a major contemporary kitchen, dining, laundry room and half bath remodel. All the work done was top quality and if there was ever an issue with one of the subs, Bret took care of it. He is also really good about communicating - always available. We will be using him again.

Bret and his team renovated my entire 3400 sq. foot home and took the home from being stuck in the 1980's to being a modern open floor plan with more closet space and a beautiful new kitchen, new master bathroom and gigantic master closet. They also put in all new cabinets in the entire house and replumbed the kitchen from being electric stove to gas. They basically built a new house within my house. Also replaced all the doors with 8 foot solid core doors and the front door too. Its quite stunning all the work they did.

Brett is creative and direct which are two really necessary qualities for someone that does renovation work. He knows how to solve problems and is a pleasure to work with. I absolutely recommend him if you have a project.

We chose to work with M5 based on a reccomendation from one of their past clients. After discussing our needs with several contractors we felt M5 was best suited to handled the scope of the work we needed, a total remodel after a flood. Bret, and his entire staff, made an extremely complicated situation easy and pleasurable. From working with our insurance carrier to keeping the project within budget, they were clean, efficient and completed the job within the time frame initially discussed. Any issue we encountered was addressed and remedied. Ultimately the finished product exceeded our expectations, and we could not be more pleased with the quality of work and level of professionalism through the entire process. We will continue to recommend them to our friends and family, and would personally hire them again, should the need arise.
