Chipley Luxury Homes, Inc is a husband and wife team with over 28 years of experience in all aspects of the home design industry. Our homes are very different, not ordinary like most, and every project is approached artistically. Gene Chipley, architectural designer and sculptor, was the recipient of the Scottsdale Outlook 2000 Award for his redesign of the Scottsdale Design Center. Melinda Chipley, interior designer and general contractor, has been featured many times in "Phoenix Home and Garden" magazine for her work. Together, we were featured on the Discovery Channel for an innovative type of construction called "the New Age Adobe". Please give us a call, we would love to speak with you regarding your projects!

Chipley Luxury Homes has done a variety of remodeling jobs for my wife and I at our home in Desert Highlands in Scottsdale, AZ. Chipley came highly recommended by friends and we could not be more pleased. Our first remodel was to convert a large but seldom used storage area into a beautiful office designed and built by Melinda Chipley. Later on, Chipley Custom Homes added skylights, windows, completely remodeled a bathroom and added a major addition to our family room. Melinda Chiply remodeled my home and helped me pick out furniture, drapes,window coverings, paint colors and everything else. Lindy did an amazing job for me. I am building another home now 7 years later and I'm using her services again. I had interviewed 2 other builder/decorators and none compared to her. My x-husband is also using her on his remodel and its coming along beautifully .

Both Gene and Melinda are a professional and communicative couple. They did a beautiful design to my dream home. I am very pleased with the entire process. Melinda and Gene always went above and beyond to meet my needs. If I ever decide to start a new project, I would 100% choose Chipley Luxury Homes because I know from 1st hand experience that they will never dissapoint. I could not thank them enough!
