Lake City Landscape, LLC is a new and fresh landscape design and contracting company who is led by a designer who has been designing beautiful landscapes since 1999. As a graduate of the UW-Milwaukee Architecture program, his unique and fresh perspective on design carries through every project. His resume and portfolio confirm a skilled approach to landscape design. His designs are creative, dynamic and detailed and his projects have earned several awards. He has also had several projects featured in local and national publications. He attributes much of his success to his past clients. Without their trust and vision, he wouldn’t have the wonderful portfolio he has today. “My goal with every project is to provide each client with the best possible design for their property in an artistic manor to match their needs and dreams”. Lake City Landscape, LLC is passionate about exceeding our client’s expectations, creating beautiful landscapes and unlocking the true potential of every project. .

The project went wrong halfway during the process, and to fix it, the price was double the quote. Moreover, it still wasn't fully fixed. In fact, we were worse off then when we first started, and now have to hire a second company to fix those mistakes. Also, he "ghosted" me for over a year, not responding to my emails and more.

Lake City is a great company, if you feel like hiring a 2nd landscaper to redo all of their work. Huge mistake.

Chad helped us with our hardscape vision and delivered a beautiful solution. We now have three superb patios and a gorgeous focal point of a walkway connecting them.

Our landscaping work was done promptly and professionally. We didn't know what we wanted and Chad created a great design keeping the house architecture in mind. We are very pleased and would recommend.

Wonderful experience! Our hardsccaping looks gorgeous and is a focal point in our backyard. The work was done extremely well, clean, and faster than anticipated.

Chad worked using my ideas and my budget to build a concrete and brick lake side patio. There were access issues and potential erosion concerns, which added to the company's challenge, but they met to my full satisfaction

Lake City Landscape was top notch. Chad came out to the house to take measurements and photos and got back to us in a few days with a bunch of options that he had plotted on his computer. After deciding they were able to get a crew out right away and the work was done a few days ahead of schedule on budget and exactly like the design looked. I’d recommend them to family and friends for any landscaping project big or small.

I would recommend Chad and Lake City Landscape to do a job at my house again. More than his ability to get the job done, is his honesty and integrity. No job is without problems, but those problems allow you to see that you are dealing with a reputable person/contractor. Chad and his team were capable and responsive to our input and suggestions. Chad was often on the project not just to oversee but to work right along side of his team. We were very satisfied with the outcome of our job and highly recommend Lack City Landscape!

Mr Olson and his crew built my retaining wall last year as well as added some planting’s. I did not have much experience as far as materials or plants and he walked me through the process explaining each plant etc as well as gave me some great recommendations. I will definitely hire his team again when I am ready for a full patio addition.
