Our finished new kitchen looks exactly like the design proposed and was fitted by excellent installers who were polite, willing and helpful. The schedule given to us of what was happening each day of the installation, went entirely as planned. A highly professional company all round. Thank you KSL.

A friendly professional approach from the first meeting. Rebecca showed an excellent knowledge of the range of products available, and wasn't afraid to say if an idea wouldn't work. but always offered ideas and solutions. Her drawings and plans brought our ideas to life and this really helped us visualize the finished kitchen. The project came in on time and budget, and exceeded our expectations.

Excellent design ideas and guidance from Katy and superb builds and fitting out from the team on all three occasions. We engaged Katy and her team from KSL to refit a family bathroom. Katy proved to be very helpful with her suggestions and had an extensive knowledge of the products available. Her team, who dealt with the production and fitting, were very thorough, accurate and tidy. The quality and the schedule of the finished bathroom led us to engaging Katy to refit a guest bathroom, which we were equally as pleased with as the first project.

Having had a new kitchen from KSL a year ago and having been very pleased with all aspects of the work and the team who fitted it, we decided to use KSL to re do our family bathroom. We used the same designer, Rebecca Reynolds, who guided the design process within our budget and helped us choose what we wanted very patiently, professionally and efficiently and as with the kitchen, the range of materials and finishes that we could choose from, was excellent. KSL completely project manage the job and provide a schedule of work and ensure that everything is completed on time, with minimum disruption. Richard our bathroom fitter, was courteous, capable and able to turn his hand to anything, whether it was tiling, plastering, flooring or whatever and always went the extra mile to resolve any unexpected issue, of which there were a few as we live in a beamed 16th Century house. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from KSL for both our kitchen and bathroom and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Her ability to listen to our brief yet input her own (invariably better!) ideas has given us a kitchen that we still sit and admire as if it had just been installed.
