Kim Armstrong is highly professional and I am in awe of her peerless design skills and seamless coordination capacity. I absolutely adore my new space and I am forever grateful to Kim and her team. I have a great deal of experience with interior designers in the USA and United Kingdom; Kim is the most creative, innovative and gifted I have worked with…EVER. Every piece Kim recommended was unique and impeccable. Kim is laser focused and pays attention to a wide range of input to develop a design that is extraordinary yet personal. Kim was always attentive and responsive; she guided my choices in a respectful and affirming way. One example of why Kim’s service and interiors are distinctive and original: Kim found an African Mud Cloth at Round Top Texas Antique Week. Kim said she thought it would look great in my room. Kim did a great job for me with a redo of my formal living area, dining area and entrance. She was thorough and timely and her rate was fair. The final result looks wonderful. I've recommended her to other friends and family.

Kim has designed EVERY room in my home for two different homes in two different styles. I started from scratch with each house and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Kim is so talented! She supervised the remodel of my kitchen, bathroom and living area for one project, and then she spruced up a lot of my decor for another project. Each time she took her style, my style, current trends, budget and function all into consideration. The finished work is nothing short of amazing. I am in the process of designing our remodel with Kim and it's been so fun! She is able to take my ideas/thoughts and bring them to life with a look that is far better than I even thought possible. She knows how to suggest complimentary elements and layer in ideas while keeping the integrity of our desire to have the rooms stay simple....and the design boards are gorgeous! Kim Armstrong managed the full renovation of my 1950's ranch from the initial design all the way down to the very last accessory. This project included gutting the kitchen and opening up the living/dining/kitchen areas into a more functional and inclusive floor plan. Kim also identified refinishing the existing wood floors and replacing the trim molding throughout the home to finish off the transformation. From our initial consultation, Kim created a vision and a design that fundamentally changed the way we live in our home, and the entire space looks amazing. Form and function! Beyond an amazing space that still receives compliments today, Kim's professionalism and command of the full renovation process helped manage expectations and de-stress a major project. She worked well in ensuring the contractor and trades were fully informed, and the design was implemented down to the very last detail. I would absolutely recommend Kim, and she will be an integral part of any of our future projects.

There are not enough great things to say about Kim Armstrong Interiors. I am a builder with over 30 years of experience. I have worked with many, many designers. Kim's energy and attention to detail, her willingness to respond, almost immediately to the simplest request. Her ability to listen, hear and discover her clients unvoiced needs and wants is and was just simply refreshing. She manages to gracefully defend her design integrity while at the same time listening to her builders concerns. Without any hesitation, Kim Armstrong Interiors brought this project to it's highest and best level. I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again.

There are a few people out there that were born already great at something and Kim was born with a true understanding of color. She's extremely talented at bringing things together that at first glance you would think don't belong with one another, however, you are left with your mouth open at the results. As a picky contractor it's hard to "Wow" me, but Kim does! Lucky is the person that gets to work with Kim.

Kim Armstrong Interior Designs was hired at the start of our major renovation which lasted approximately 12 months. Our house is a 5 bed, 4 1/2 bath. Kim was amazing and assisted not only with the design of our interior, but also with the relocation and re- purposing of some of our most favorite pieces of furniture and the redesign of the interior architecture of our home and the outdoor appearance. Our children boy 5 and daughter 8 love their bedrooms which she designed with their loves and tastes in mind and these are their favorite areas of the house. Our master is our retreat and our walk in robe is masterful in its design. Kim was able to successfully integrate our love of rustic, asian influenced, and industrial into a very cohesive and interesting look and was able to introduce some beautiful colors into the overall presentation of our home. Personally my kitchen is my most favorite place and Kim was even able to make my laundry a fun place! Our relationship with Kim started remotely from California and she was atop all of our requirements and worked all of our wants into our build/design with the most effective use of space. We loved her use of different textures, colors and play of metals and woods. Her uncanny ability to choose the right pieces of furniture, tiles, paint colors, decor, lighting fixtures, hardware, and even counter tops have made our house our favorite home. Kim and her team were very respectful, professional, did not proceed with anything without our consent, provided detailed invoices and tracked purchases and provided realistic timelines for each stage of our project and were worth every cent of their cost. My family and I would recommend Kim and her team for any small or large project.

Kim is a wonderful and talented designer. Kim worked with me to make my house a perfect place for me. We had a couple of meetings to discuss furniture and colors. She asked questions and listened in detail. She came to understand what I wanted in a house. Kim and I discussed a couple of concepts, once the choice was made we starting picking out the furniture pieces and fabric. She understood me better than myself. She was prepared with samples and how these would look great together and was ready with others if I did not like that particular one. Kim is very professional, honest and listens. As we finished the projects, I walk into my rooms with a smile and relax feeling of “I am home”. As I have guest over, everyone comments on how wonderful the rooms look and feel. This is the concept that Kim understood I wanted. She accomplished my goal. Thanks Kim.

Kim designed and managed a renovation project for the master en-suite bathroom and guest bathroom in our 1920's tudor-style home. We were thrilled with the final result which was delivered on-time under tight deadlines. Our top 3 list for Kim: 1) she listens very well and truly worked to meet the often-conflicting needs of my husband and me. 2) she is very creative--her design included fresh components that we had never considered after 12 years living in the house and dreaming of change. 3) she is committed to the highest quality installation and uses contractors that reflect these same values. (One contractor actually added items to my final punch list--he wanted to make it perfect for us!)
