Christi's Cabinetry

I have been working with Keith Joseph for several years now. We have completed several projects and they have turned out great. Our customers are all very happy and keep ordering more work. I think we make a great team with his design expertise and management along with my custom details and finish work, our projects come out great. Also, we both use state of an art CAD design program. We can share files and work out details in advance. It also allows our customers to see in three dimensions the actual design before they order it. I highly recommend Keith for any project.

My name is Scott Carroll. I am owner/operator of JS Carroll Electric. I have had the privilege of working with Keith on several projects over the last few years. On all the projects, his knowledge of construction and design, his communication skills, organization, and attention to detail have made my job so much easier. On some of the more demanding jobs, with tight deadlines, and very demanding homeowners, Keith always maintained a positive attitude, stayed focused and finished the projects on of before the deadlines. Not only is Keith a great contractor, he is an even better person. Keith is a man of honesty and integrity, both in business and outside of work.

Keith served as the overall project manager of a major outdoor-living expansion my wife and I undertook in the fall of 2012. He was responsible for managing every facet of the project from the initial work of helping us settle on a design, and the features to include or exclude, to contracting and pricing, as well as sorting out and researching options, selecting and managing subcontractors, being very considerate of our relationships with neighbors, securing necessary approvals, scheduling and attending inspections, insisting with subcontractors that no detail could be overlooked or compromised. At the same time, the initial phases of the project had significant time constraints and Keith was also managing larger projects. Despite those problems, we never felt that our project was disadvantaged. Keith has many years of hands-on construction management experience which benefited us in many ways from large to small. The resulting improvement in our property has greatly increased the use we can make of our home, the ease with which we can now entertain and the personal enjoyment we derive from it. We are completely satisfied. Keith fully deserves five stars and more for his work with us.

Couldn't be happier with how the project turned out. We did a complete gut and redo of our place. Keith turned our ideas in a dream retreat, even with the challenges of us being out of the country, his emails and communication made the process seamless. Easy to work with and came up with some great suggestions and workarounds when dealing with existing construction. Wouldn't hesitate to use his expertise again.
