Jody was excellent. She brought my dental office from the 1970s to today on a shoestring budget! She worked with all the different vendors to get a nice flow for the office. I am so much happier coming to work now. Everyone comments on our brand new lobby, and how much it is improved. Several patients have even asked for her card, and I happily share it!

My husband and I have been so fortunate to have worked with Jody on a multi-stage project remodeling and refreshing multiple rooms in our home. We have found her to be very easy to communicate with and very responsive to our questions and concerns. Her professionalism and ability to meet our budget needs have been outstanding. She managed to create spaces that reflect our tastes but with elements that we would not have thought of. Her contacts that performed the work have been universally of high quality, producing amazing results with timeliness and respect. Jody has an ability to listen and relate to multiple voices then convert this into a vision that works for everyone. We are thrilled to continue to work with her.

We recently moved to a bigger home and contacted Jody (Jodell) with a request for a “small “ project: to make our home look better, professionally done, basically- using what we already had ... and while combining our two very different styles (I’m a farm house girl and my husband is very rustic- modern). From our first phone conversation to the end result, working with Jody was pure fun! She’s very attentive, professional, with a lot of experience and knowledge. She explained everything and took the time to help us “get it”. She always listened to our preferences, questions and ideas and wisely combined it all together for one look that is right for our personalities and needs. Can’t wait to start another project together!!

Jody supervised the remodeling of the kitchen in my guest house in August - September of this year. The project was completed on time and under budget (a little over$10K) and looks great IMHO. She had a bunch of good suggestions about countertops, appliances, etc., all of which I followed. She was easy for me to work with and she got along well with the trades, whom she chose. I would happily use her again.

Jodell is personable and knows what she is doing. She has the ability to look at a room, see what needs to be rearranged, and know where to place things to optimize the look you are seeking. She also was respectful of our budget, and we repurposed many paintings and decorations that we already owned. I love the final results - the living room seems more spacious, we now have a beautiful rug that matches our recovered couch, and the look is totally new. We're still working on parts of it, but Jodell has given us a great start in the right direction.

I have known and worked with Jody for many years and have utilized her amazing skills for several design jobs in my home, including the much needed update of my living room, dining room, and bedroom. I think what makes Jody so special as a designer is that although she definitely has her own personal design aesthetic, she really takes the time to get to know YOU as a client (and friend) and improves your personal space in a way that reflects her amazing skill and artistry along with the elements and style that you love. In other words, she is no one-trick pony! Whether you're contemporary, traditional, rustic, eclectic, etc...She has a way of finding and creating great new pieces to incorporate into your space, while also being a whiz at pulling together what you currently own and using them in a new and beautiful way that you would have never imagined.

Jody called our company to provide cabinetry and counter tops for the kitchen area and the conference room of an office in a high rise building. In an effort to reduce cost for her client she used as much of the existing decor as she could and still provide them with a new and contemporary look. She communicated very clear what she wanted to accomplish for her client and also used a very collaborative approach in working with our design team so we were able to work with existing materials to get a good match. She managed her clients expectations beautifully and keep all the moving pieces of the project on a tight timeline to meet deadlines. She is extremely talented and creative and a pleasure to work with. This is the second time that my wife and I have put our trust in Jodell Clarke Designs. Our decor could be described as "old world" and we are currently transitioning to a more cleaner, more orderly, less bulky transitional design. Our budget did not allow for a "Big Bang" so things have to evolve. Back in 2015, Jodell started to refresh our hallways, master suite, family room, and kitchen. It looks great and it is timeless. We also have a affinity for the Wine Country and it can be a challenge to incorporate the Wine Country which is more traditional/Old World to be more transitional/contemporary; however, Jodell and her team were able to make it happen. I like how they involved me in the beginning to get my vision and then brought elements to me in a Good, Better, or Best form so I could focus on where I wanted to prioritize my budget since it was not limitless. My wife and I enjoyed the grand reveal and were truly touched. In July, 2016 we once again consulted with her on a new project. We have a game room upstairs that had a nice bar; however, it was very underwhelming. When we came home from a hard day at work it was easy to make up an excuse to not climb upstairs to relax as the space was not compelling, interesting, or inviting. We told her that we wanted it done prior to the Cowboys first game and was it ever done! Looks and feels amazing. Now we have two beautiful living spaces that Jodell created for us and it is difficult to choose between them which is a really nice "problem" to have. We put our trust in Jodell and her team and have absolutely no regrets. It turned out marvelous and we highly recommend her. I would love to attach pictures; however, I choose not to do that as they would not bring justice to her creation.

I consider myself a woman of good taste. I have lived in the same house for the last 14 years and have rearranged the furniture and the pictures in my living room many, many times. I had just repainted the walls and had the floors refinished and was ready for a new look. Jody came in and in three hours rearranged everything in a way I could not have imagined and will never change again. She suggested that my old sofa and rugs were fine and we just replaced the window treatments (30 years old) and one old chair. I can't wait to see the final results.

Jody has done a great job in understanding our objectives in redecorating certain rooms in our home as well as our lake house. We have been particularly grateful and impressed with her organizational skills (which seem equal only to her taste and decorating skills). We have met several times and each time, Jody has a list of objectives and most are centered around understanding what we are trying to achieve. Our first experience with Jody was in redecorating our master bedroom at our home in Carrollton. Unlike other experiences we have had with other decorators, Jody worked toward making a completed project that could be revealed when we were returning from a family vacation. What a great experience to return home and our master had been transformed into a tranquil and soothing retreat. We gave Jody quite a bit of latitude and each item placed in our bedroom was a real winner. Additionally we have used Jody to transform our guest bedroom at our Carrollton home into an inviting space for our guests. Her use of color and fabrics is exceptional. Jody was careful to show us samples and work within our budget to achieve a truly beautiful space. Jody has also completed a redo of two of our bedrooms at our Lake House and is currently working on the plan and execution of a complete redecoration of our master at our lake house. As an example of her forethought, Jody supplied a grouping of photos we had taken on an African Safari and was so good to provide a complete, full size template for hanging the grouping of photographs. It literally took my friend and I, 20 minutes to hang all the photos and it looks great. We have truly enjoyed working with Jody and are happy to recommend her to you!

Redesign of a 9200 sq.ft. office for two companies operating in a common space. This was a relocation from another building that housed the two companies in 5600 sq.ft. There are 26 offices, 2 conference rooms, a large board room, a receptionist area and an employee kitchen and lunch room with seating for 24. The total relocation and design was completed in 4 months, start to finish.

Jody Clarke's work struck the right chord in my mind. I am living here happily ever since. Like she was be able to peer into my mind instead of asking barrage of questions. Thank you so much.
