We had a horse riding arena roof collapse under heavy snow. We got several bids from contractors, but we liked their explanation of how best to repair it. They were very knowledgeable and always prompt on communication. Got the job completed timely and for a very reasonable cost. They did an excellent quality job. I highly recommend them!

I cannot speak highly enough of Joaquin and his team of guys. Grant Custom Homes took on an extremely difficult whole-house remodel of my 1950's home and the end product is incredible! My vision was hard to see at first, but the guys went with it and helped me solve any challenge that came up along the way. We brought this old house down to studs, moved walls and rooms, and then rebuilt it from the ground up. Project also included a 550 sq. ft. addition. I absolutely recommend Grant Custom Homes for any remodel or new-home construction job. You won't find better in town.

Joaquin and crew were a joy to work with. I wanted to try some new products and equipment and Joaquin was up for the challenge. He was easy to get a hold of and communicated with us for any changes or issues that came up. His framers and finish carpenters were highly skilled. He works with select sub-contractors who do very good work as well. We did have one issue with an insulation contractor that didn't put enough insulation in the attic. I called Joaquin and he stopped by and crawled up in the rafters to check the depth, then called the sub contractor to have them come and fix it. Overall I would definitely use Grant Custom Homes if we were to build again.

Grant Custom Homes is by far the best General Contractor that I have ever worked with. They operate with integrity and put the customer first. They’re true craftsman. Often being subbed out by other general contractors when they need the job done right. Grant Custom Homes is one of the last true custome home builders in our area. If you want the job done right these are the people you call.

Our 62 x 156 indoor riding arena roof collapsed under record snow. I got several bids, Grant being one of them. He answered his phone, promptly showed up, explained very thoroughly how he was going to repair the roof. Gave me a very competitve bid, so we hired him to do the job. He showed up on time, kept us informed during the project and completed it timely. They were highly recommended to me and we were 100% satisfied with our choice to use them. They did a very quality job!
