Jams Landscape did an AMAZING job designing and installing our new home’s entire landscape from start to finish. Rick Elliott listened to my wish list and translated it to a working design better than I could have imagined. Neal Ackerson and his talented crew brought it to life by masterfully orchestrating each phase of the job while dealing with a challenging terrain and punishing weather. They are incredibly talented and their attention to detail and the pride they take in their work can be seen in every photo. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

Working with Jams Landscape was truly a pleasure. Our front yard project involved hardscaping, grading/drainage work and planting. We needed a company that had experience in all of these areas. Rick Elliott came out and talked with us and we immediately knew his company would be our choice. We are extremely happy with the job Rick and company did for us, so much so that we will be working with the Jams team again this spring in other areas of our yard.

Our new, large broken slate patio, sitting wall and planting project looks terrific and exceeded our expectations! Designer Rick Elliott was practical, professional and efficient. The crew was punctual, worked hard and cleaned up fully each day (helpful with kids and dogs). They even installed a drain (not in the plan) to ensure proper yard drainage around the wall. The end result is beautiful and really expanded our living space. Thanks Jams!

I would highly recommend working with Jams Landscaping. Truly a professional group of individuals. Rick worked within my budget and with existing foliage to make the back yard our family retreat. They finished the work in less time than I expected, even with weather issues. Everyone was extremely polite and they left the yard in immaculate condition. I would definitely use them again for any landscaping needs.

Jams built a decorative wall and did some pavers and a pathway in our yard. They did great work, the crew was very nice and professional and we felt the project was very well-priced and completed on time. We would definitely work with them again.

This company is top notch to work with. The work to upgrade our retaining was spectacular and they went above and beyond our expectation. It was a pleasure working with Rick during the design phase of the retaining wall and our soon to be new patio. The hardscapes team was courteous and very neat. Thanks for the great work!! Jams designed and installed a ~650 square foot patio in the back of our house which included walkways to the driveway and the basement walk-up. The entire process from design through completion was handled very well. Rick (the designer) was receptive to changes as we went through the design process and even once installation began. The installers worked hard and were willing to openly discuss the details of the project as it moved forward. At project completion, they were very willing to wrap up any loose ends (laying additional sod, making small changes, as needed) and did not push-back at all. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Jams. I feel they really went above-and-beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. We would certainly use them again and also recommend them without hesitation.

My wife and I recently hired Rick Elliott of Jams to install a patio and landscaping in our backyard. As new homeowners we approached this process with caution. There was an immediate ease and level of trust we found with Rick as he was super responsive to our requests and receptive to all of our questions. He put our vision into design and executed it flawlessly. During the process our job was halted several times due to heavy snow and the rough winter, but Rick made certain to keep in constant contact as we waited for the weather to change in our favor. In the end he delivered a truly awesome patio and landscape - which we've received numerous compliments on from neighbors and friends! Post-completion Rick is still extremely responsive to questions and resolution of concerns. I would strongly recommend reaching out to Rick if/when you're in the market for a patio or landscaping. Simply stated, it's rare to find someone with Rick's expertise paired with his unparalleled customer service and attention to detail. Thanks, Rick!

Rick provided us a detailed landscape and hardscape plan for our new house on about .6 of an acre. He did a great job of incorporating all of my husband and my wishes into the plan including our requests for it to be deer resistant, easy to maintain, and natural looking. Because we didn't think we could afford to everything at once, he provided cost breakdowns in sections to allow us to develop a few your plan to get to the final product. He was timely and easily accessible for questions. When my husband and I decided to expand upon the design on our own he even stopped by to provided a little guidance when we got stuck. Rick is great to work, professional, and knowledgable. In addition to our own experience I've seen his work for several friends and its always beautiful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to add new landscaping or hardscape to their yard.
