Black Rok Kitchen Design

Black Roc did a very fine job for us in a very large complete Kitchen renewal. We actually chose a design from their show room display including the very smart Electric Wine and Glass display which has impressed so many visitors. They did the job on time and on budget and were very proffesional and helpful. We could not fault them which is rare praise !!

My wife had seen the "kitchen of her dreams" in Black Rok's showroom for some time. When we moved house, we had the opportunity to fulfil those dreams and I must say, we weren't disappointed. The design reflected exactly what we wanted and Ed was extremely helpful at all stages of the process. The fitters were also very helpful and, seemingly, nothing was too much trouble. Ed popped in at regular intervals to ensure things were going to plan. The kitchen itself is of very good quality and I am particularly impressed with the quality of the drawers. All in all, a very pleasant experience resulting in a beautiful kitchen.

We completely redesigned the downstairs layout of our house. Turning three rooms in to one open plan living space. The kitchen was to be the centrepiece as we entertain regularly. We contacted Ed to design the kitchen and are extremely pleased with the result. He gave good advice, provided the design we wanted whilst keeping in mind our budget constraints. He fitted in around our 'flexible' building schedule,and the two fitters Zac and Jake were great. When we needed extra storage solutions, Ed worked with us to design those too. When the suppliers failed to deliver the microwave, Ed provided a temporary solution. The outcome is that we have a kitchen we love, that looks fantastic and to our minds worth every penny spent. We trusted this company to fit a new kitchen while we went away for a few days holiday. On our return the kitchen was fitted and everything was perfect there weren't even any teething problems. We can thoroughly recommend these people to do an excellent job.

We had a kitchen and utility room fitted by Black Rok in Oct 2013. Black Rok were really helpful and knowledgable during the design process and the plans were imaginative whilst still making sure the use of space was efficient and practical. The Black Rok showroom was a great showcase for their German made kitchens for which Ed and Jamie demonstrate a huge passion. The fitting went smoothly and the fitters were polite, tidy and showed a great attention to detail. They asked for our opinions when needed and kept us up to date on the progress. The quality of the kitchen furniture is excellent. We have not had a single problem with any of the drawers or cabinets and after 2.5 years they still look good as new. The pricing of the kitchen was very reasonable bearing in mind the high quality of the furniture and the excellent service we received. Highly recommend you look at Black Rok when you are thinking about a new kitchen.

We went to Black Rok after we were provided with a boring kitchen design from a high street provider. They listened to what we personally liked and came up with an original design that suited us. The fitters were great and cleared up at the end of the day. Black Rok provided a great design and service and would highly recommend them.

We are really happy with our Kitchen from Black Rok, from the initial visit to the design and planning of our space, and the installation of our kitchen, was a very stress free experience, Jamie and his team were always on hand with any of our concerns or changes to the design. Jamie has a great understanding of what the client wants in a great kitchen. Our kitchen is of a very high standard, with great functionality, that's what you would expect from a German designed kitchen. Stunning quality and look and very touchy feely. All in all a great place to go if you are looking for a professional service with an excellent end product.

We have absolutely loved using our new kitchen created by Jamie and Ed at Blackrok in Uckfield over the Christmas holiday period. It's a sure fire way to test out whether or not all the drawers, cupboards, appliances work in their nominated space within the centre of our home - I can tell you, Jamie helps you to create a dream that actually comes true. Our journey with Jamie (and Ed) began over a year ago when we moved to the area, initial enquiries originally, ideas that grew and Jamie helped to turn them into a reality. He took our ideas and drew up endless plans for us to look at and consider, nothing was too much trouble. He led us through each step of the way and if we made a suggestion he would turn it into a practical reality so that it worked within the space. He supported our colour choices and even questioned them if he felt they wouldn't work. My husband and I changed our minds from time to time and even had the odd disagreement (Ok argument!) in the showroom but the Blackrock team didn't faulter, just incorporated into the designs. He spent hours at his showroom in Uckfield with us and at home going over the finer details, nothing too much trouble. He worked tirelessly with the builders, electricians, plumbers and numerous tradesmen on the telephone, over email and face to face on site, so we didn't have to. He kept us informed every step of the way. When the time came to install our beautiful kitchen, Jamie himself and his team, Jake and Zac worked constantly and quietly, making sure each step worked like clockwork before moving onto the next phase (cleaning up after them each day). They all made it appear so easy asking questions when they felt they needed to but essentially just getting on with the job always polite and respectful of our living space. The end result is just glorious, we love it, a dream come true and everything works together in harmony, the old, the new, the gloss, not to mention he also installed a sparkly new office along with an amazing utility room, the house is reborn. We thank you Jamie (and Ed, Jake and Zac), you have created something really very special, but most of all you have created the heart of our home and we LOVE it.
