Prestige Chandelier

I fell in love with this chandelier that I saw on Houzz but could not find it ANYWHERE- not the usual suspects online, not in store, not through my decorator friends in the biz.Then I happened to find out about Prestige Chandelier online. I put in a custom order of the one I loved and they did a fabulous job. They were communicative and interactive. They even asked for details like cold or warm lighting and since my electrician had kept the same lighting throughout our renovated home, it was wonderful to have everything match not only in style but in warmth of lighting as well.

I found a chandelier I loved but was out of my price range. Prestige Chandelier was able to make me an exact replica of the chandelier and with the measurements I wanted. They are easy to work with and give you pictures and choices as the project moves along. Everything was packed well upon arrival and nothing was damaged. I would highly recommend Prestige Chandelier and I will be contacting them again soon with another lighting project!

Hasib was professional and kind through the entire design of our custom chandelier. He kept us up to date on the progress and wanted to ensure our complete satisfaction. The end product was amazing. Our Bublesa chandelier is amazing.

It was an absolutely pleasant experience working with Prestige Chandelier. I ordered a custom chandelier for my dining room area. The professionalism of this company is outstanding. I had discussions about the design I desired. The representative asked specific and detailed questions to make sure that my expectations were met. I was sent samples of crystals to chose from and a detailed sketch of the design to approve prior to manufacturing. Expectations in terms of how long it would take from design to final production were outlined from the beginning and met. In the end I have an absolutely beautiful chandelier for which I have received many complements... from beautiful to mesmerizing. Thank you Prestige Chandelier!

A few months ago I started my research to try and find a chandelier for my dinning room. After weeks of searching online, I couldn't find the exact look and feel for the type of fixture for the scale of my space. So, I came across Prestige online, and contacted Hasib. He responded immediately, and offered up several references that had works of his that were installed. I contacted a few of them and the feedback was good. I always do my due-diligence, especially when you don't have a chance to meet face to face, and the vibe I got from Hasib was great. So, I went through a 100% custom process for Prestige to build my fixture. I knew I wanted a crystal chandelier, and Hasib sent me a sample to review, and we talked about some options and my project budget. Once it was confirmed that he could be within my cost range, I felt comfortable moving forth with. I am in the design industry and through some hand sketches and CAD layouts, worked with Hasib for about a month going back and forth on the layout, crystal types, materials, spacing and light. Once the design was set, a final price was agreed upon. It took about another 2-4 weeks for the build - since I was several thousand miles from him, Prestige continually sent me photos of the progress for my review. This was an excellent way for me to have a level of comfort as the build took place. Once the fixture was complete, it was shipped to me and came out beautiful. There was a minor issue with shipping (some of the crystal was damaged), and Hasib immediately sent out replacements, no questions asked. I couldn't have asked for any better customer service. Overall, I am very pleased with the end result, and have received a ton of compliments. I highly recommend Hasib - he is honest, reliable, and his constant communication puts you at ease. I would use them again!

We were looking for someone that can do a custom chandelier design that we wanted. First when we contacted Prestige Chandelier, they said that they should know or see a rough design and then decide whether they doing it or not, which made us feel comfortable that they will say no if they can't, they are professional people, the whole staff was always there, updated us via email, and we kept adding on things we see that will make our chandelier perfect and they did not make us feel bad at all, we agreed on the price and then they started the project, as we are in the construction industry it was the fastest chandelier created, we loved dealing with them and we are still dealing with them!

Well Where to start from, okay first of we are store that decided to make chandelier a part of our store display, which made it for us very hard to choose the chandelier designers, I contacted Prestige Chandelier, and they gave me a price, what made me deal with them was their prices, which was way less than our decided budget. We thought with this price we will not really get a perfect design, but actually it was the opposite, Prestige chandelier just amazed us with the quality that was way more than the price. Their modern designs and the way they pulled every single detail was really beyond amazement, I loved them and would definitely work with them again! And off-course hell-yeah we recommend them too!
