Who do you trust when the work has to get done right the first time? HireDADS. I am a decisive and energetic owner’s representative in the architectural and engineering industries celebrating 20+ years of expertise where I have won multiple national awards for team management building. I have successfully completed over 2.9M square feet of construction, renovation, space planning and project development. As a spirited team leader, I utilize a collaborative management style to articulate, direct and achieve high level objectives and goals for home owners and developers. At the present time, I am focused upon design-build processes for clients that will lead to high efficiency construction through masterful design, proactive green methods, on time delivery, in budget estimates and quality craftsmanship that exceed expectations.

I have known Kelle and his company for over 10 years. Hiredads has been my go to remodeler for the last two houses I have owned. Kelle’s team exhibits diversity in their skills. He has done big jobs like pouring a 30 X 40 foot stamped concrete patio, to installing a ceiling fan. Kelle and his team can handle any job. Adding heat tape to our roof was a huge help in solving the ice problem on our driveway. Kelle’s architectural background has been very helpful in designing details we had not thought of. Decisive Architectural Design Solutions (DADS) did an excellent job on my kitchen and master bath remodel. The owner, Kelle Ballard, not only took the time to sit down and listened to my ideas, he thoughtfully brought his expertise to the table to give me an even better product which far exceeded my expectations. During the project, Kelle took the time and effort to double check his crew's work ensuring I came out with the very best work and results in the end. Each night his crew cleaned up and left my home looking as neat and tidy as it could even in the middle of some messy parts of the project. That speaks volumes to the work ethic and other-orientedness of this company. Finally, what I enjoyed most about working with DADS was the straight-forward, professionalism of the owner. He always kept me in the loop on how the project was shaping up. I would highly recommend DADS to anyone who is looking to hire a high quality, professional remodeling company committed to excellence and innovative results.
