Haylee designed the cabinets for our kitchen remodel, which was part of a larger main level remodel. She came recommended by our contractor, and she did not at all disappoint! They're beautiful and the most luxurious cabinets we have ever had. The kitchen itself is not huge, but we have so much storage with Haylee's design. She was so patient in answering all our questions and in incorporating our requests into her design, and it was truly fun working with her. She gave really great advice when I had trouble deciding between cabinet components. The kitchen turned out fabulously, thanks to our cabinets from Finishing Touch. I look forward to working with Haylee for our future projects!

I grew up in a cabinet shop and my father was an "old school" cabinet maker for over 30 years and did things right and once. I have nothing but the highest of praise for Jon Cole and his team. Our contractor recommended us to Finishing Touch Custom Woodworking in Park View, IA. We had the pleasure of working with Haylee. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. First she designed a bathroom vanity, medicine cabinet and linen cabinet. They are not only beautiful but well built and of superior quality-the quality you can not find at big box stores. Then she designed our built in bookshelves-she came to our house, measured and designed them. We again are very pleased with the workmanship and finish. We will continue to work with Haylee and Finishing Touch in the future.

We did a complete kitchen remodel as part of an entire house remodel last year. This is the second kitchen we have done with Finishing Touch. We cannot say enough great things about them. John has done an excellent job of setting up the business with customer service and quality in mind. Haylee is an amazing designer and is great to work with. Everything was done in a very professional manner right down to the last detail. Even the boxes containing the hardware we're labeled so I knew exactly where everything was to be installed. We hired Finishing Touch Custom Woodworks first to do the custom cabinetry and countertops for a complete remodel of our kitchen at our home, then we hired them to complete the custom cabinetry, countertops and lavatory tops for Crossfit OC3 a new construction project that our son is part owner of, both projects went extremely well, thanks to Haylee Friedrich's involvement. I have owned my own mechanical contracting firm for over 30 plus years and have experienced every possible situation in construction, the good and unfortunately the bad. It is a pleasure to work with a true professional like Haylee, she is most defiantly a person of her word and represents Finishing Touch extremely well! From the design standpoint she is very creative and has tremendous ideas and suggestions, along with having extensive knowledge of the products they represent. She listens to what you want and then helps you implement those ideas without being overbearing and trying to push only her ideas as some design type individuals do. From the fabrication through the installation she keeps you up to date on progress and lets you know where they are at verses the original time frames that you were given. On both of our projects they beat the original time frames for fabrication that we were given, which this day and age is not the norm and it is very refreshing for people to do what they say they are going to do. On the installation side, we did not utilize Finishing Touch to do the installation. We had different installers on both projects, but both projects Haylee came out and met with the installers to go over the project and to make sure they had an understanding of how the cabinets were constructed and to see if they had any questions, that is not something you would get from a "big box" store and very few custom cabinetry firms would do this. No project goes without its issues, its how they are taken care of that reflects the true character of a person and their firm. We had little issues that arose and they were resolved immediately by Haylee, without any debating or attitude. In closing, I would highly recommend Haylee, she is very professional, personable, pays attention to the details, takes great pride in what she does, has a SUPERB attitude and overall just a pleasure to work with. My wife and I general contracted our own home last year and we really wanted to do something that would set our home apart from the typical "builder grade" finishes you see in most new homes. We received bids from other cabinet companies and having custom cabinets made through Finishing Touch was very competitive to the big name cabinet companies. In addition to our kitchen cabinets, they also fabricated our dining room hutch, bathroom vanities, laundry room, and living room entertainment center. We threw some interesting design challenges at the team at Finishing Touch and they knocked it out of the park! We couldn't be happier with our cabinetry and would recommend them to anyone looking for that "finishing touch."

If you want wonderful cabinets or millwork done these are your go to folks. Loved the way our kitchen, wine room, Bar and Baths turned out Halee was a joy to work with.

Jon and Haylee from Finishing Touch were amazing to work with during the remodel of our kitchen, laundry/mudroom, and pantry addition. They made multiple visits to our home for planning and measuring to make sure the design fit our needs. We are very happy with the final product and highly recommend them.

Finishing Touch does outstanding work. We took concept to them for our new kitchen, and they had all kinds of excellent ideas to help us make it into exactly what we wanted. No one else offered that kind of flexibility and creativity. The owners and staff were respectful and professional all the way from concept through installation. They delivered on time with very high quality work. They were really fun to work with, and they did it all at a very reasonable price. After the kitchen, they designed and installed a new bathroom on our lower level. With the outstanding results we received from our two personal projects, we recommended Finishing Touch to our church to design, build and install custom shelving and cabinets for new location for the church library. Once again, their work was flawless. I look forward to working with them again, and in the future I won't bother with competitive bids.
