Most of our small projects start at about $20,000 unless it is a custom cabinet or furniture project in our wood shop. Budget is always a concern and our default is to go into things trying to provide the maximum value possible. Rarely do we engage in "spare-no-expense" projects. We believe you can achieve stunning transformative results without the hefty price tag that some companies charge.

Graham, Danny and the entire GT team were great to work with. In this first project they basically updated 2 floors of the house. The project included redesigned a staircase, replacing all the floors, the master bath, and basically replacing all trim and painting every surface on two floors,. They added a deck and even did some landscape hardscaping. Beautiful work, completed on time and on budget, and by a great group of people. I recommend them every chance I can.

As an architect with H2D Architecture + Design, I have worked with GT Residential Contracting on several remodel projects around the Seattle area. Graham and Danny are easy to work with, have great communication skills, and are budget conscious. Graham and Danny listen carefully to the clients and architect and strive to bring the design to fruition. They have produced great finished projects for my clients. I have enjoyed working with GT Residential Contracting and will continue to refer them to my clients!
