Garden Studio for Tim Warren.

Having tried a couple of firms on the internet but with no reply, I emailed Glenn and received an instant response, a week or so later he attended my property and I explained that I needed assitance for a pre planning application for a studio in my garden.. Glenn arrived punctually and after a brief chat, he set about the task, a week later I received a very clear set of plans and documentation, which I have now submitted to Snowdonia Planners. I was most impressed with his efficency and professionalism and would be delighted to recommend him.

Glenn is excellent and we would highly recommend him. Our neighbours were submitting a planning application which we had concerns about, He knew what was acceptable to object to and pointed out lots of anomalies in the application which we would never have known about. He managed to submit two letters prior to the application which resulted in the project being downscaled and so we were able to agree to the application without any animosity with our neighbours. He was professional, knowledgeable and a great source of advice. He knew what was acceptable to object to and pointed out lots of anomalies in the application which we would never have known about. Glenn's approach to my extension project (a small bungalow) worked well for me. He was keen to understand how I wanted to live in my new home and what it needed to provide for me now and the future. He then came back with a layout suggestion, taking into account exactly what I asked for. Just a couple of small changes were done so very happy with the design. I found Glenn to be very accommodating and thoughtful in how he made best use of the space available. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Glenn has been integral to this process, from helping us think about how we want to use the space and the best configuration of rooms that will work for us, to liaising with planners to ensure planning got through first time. Having never worked with an Architectural Designer before I was unsure of how the whole process would work. Glenn has made everything simple and easy to understand, he has taken my rather vague/changing ideas and turned them into a great design. I will use Glen again for other projects that I am planning.

i Instructed Glenn to create some designs and plans for a bed extension over the garage and an single storey extension to the back to allow for an open plan kitchen/dining and living area. The designs delivered by Glenn after our initial meeting surpassed my expectations and I plan to use Glenn to help deliver the project to the end. i would recommend Glenn to anyone who plan to have any building work done and need plans done.

As a developer, we were looking for an Architectural Designer who was not only experienced but creative, someone who could take our relatively well-formed ideas and take them from concept into reality. Glenn did this!!! He was able to design from scratch 3 detached executive houses. He worked diligently with our planning consultant in creating the access statement and ensuring submitting of our application was made in time to the local council.

Glenn Cavill provides outstanding architectural service's. Our company has outsourced design services with Glenn for over a year now with one of our biggest account's. This account is responsible for 60 new project locations every year in the USA. The result is that we outsource 60 project drawings with Glenn. Although Rulon is based in Florida, USA and Glenn is based in the UK, the time difference is no obstacle in the quality of work provided. In construction, predicting deadlines can be difficult. There have been times where we have requested expedited drawings. Glenn will always meet our needs. Attention to detail, professionalism and an excellent communicator are a few of Glenn's qualities. I would highly recommend for a multitude of Architectural needs. Thank you for your continued support.

We decided to instruct Glenn to prepare our planning drawings package because we'd had a less than positive response from local architects in terms of cost and ideas. Glenn was very well recommended and his portfolio has some fantastic project examples, so we made contact and progressed with briefing him. From the start Glenn's communication was excellent and his fees were great value for money. Although I was initially concerned that it might be difficult to complete the design proposal working with Glenn remotely, he very quickly provided us with design concepts which really answered a lot of our requirements. He didn't need to make a site visit and was able to work effectively from our photo survey of the property. Even though we thought we had almost created our ideal design for the extension before appointing Glenn, he was able to add his expertise to the details and make the whole thing work much better. Although the whole process took longer than we originally anticipated, we now have the perfect design and a full set of plans which Glenn has submitted to the Local Authority for permission. I can highly recommend Glenn, he's helped us with this project tremendously! Thank you!!

Glenn provided me with excellent design advice over the course of the design and planning cycle and again at various stages of the renovation build. The complication in this job was that the build in question was located in Ireland whilst Glenn was not. To be able to provide the professional guidance Glenn gave me, whilst being remote from the project is a testimony to the consummate professional that Glenn is!
