I hired Fineline Custom Homes to remove my old patio and build new one. The whole way Javier walked me through the process giving me ideas while I was telling him what I wanted. The old patio was 10ft x 10ft nothing special. Our new patio is 44ft x 14ft and it’s amazing. Everyone that was on the job site was always courteous and kept the site clean. During the build my kids would still want to use the backyard and play which was nice. I would highly recommend FineLine for any home construction needs.

Javier originally completed our green home in 2003, and we were extremely satisfied with his work. We lived in the home for 12 years until May 23, 2015 when it was badly flooded in the Wimberley, Texas Memorial weekend flood when many homes were washed away entirely by a historic flood of the Blanco river, and 12 lives were lost. We suffered less damage than most homes because of the good construction. I called Javier first thing on that Monday morning and asked him if he would undertake the restoration of our home. We were pleased when he agreed because we were confident in his building and management skills, as well as his integrity. As the extensive reconstruction got underway, we were impressed to see that most of the subcontractors were the same ones that Javier had employed 12 years earlier and most of them remembered us and our home. Under Javier's management, the reconstruction proceeded well despite unwelcome surprises and special challenges associated with a badly flooded house (8 feet of mud and water on the main floor). The work was completed in 6 months, and we have been very happy with the quality of reconstruction. Javier's knowledge and professionalism greatly reduced the stress of an extremely challenging situation. We recommend him without reservation.

I absolutely recommend Javier, owner of FineLine Custom Homes, to anyone looking for a builder. Javier built my home in 2014. He is fair, honest, accessible, and responsive. His subcontractors do quality work. Issues were quickly addressed. He has even remained accessible after completing our home to answer questions and give advice. Great experience working with Javier / FineLine Custom Homes. We had always heard horror stories about custom building and all the headaches that come with it. We had none of that with Javier. He was there when we needed him and offered advice and solutions that only someone who has been in the business for a long time could.
