We specialize in home staging, interior redesign, and interior design to meet any of your decorating, design, or selling needs. With years of experience, we use our “Everything Creative” staging techniques and solutions to decrease your homes time on the market and increase its value for the best return. Carol Kaplan is the Founder and Creative Director of Everything Creative Designs. She is considered by her clients as the "Home Staging Expert" in the San Diego area. She has been providing professional home staging and interior design services for the past 12 years to an extremely satisfied clientele of home owners, sellers, and Realtors. Originally from South Africa, Carol was able to bring her love of color and design into her work in San Diego. Carol is a member of the Mission Bay Real Estate Association and the La Jolla Real Estate Brokers Association. She was also voted "Woman of the Year" in her category with NAPW-National Association of Professional Women.

Kim and Kelly are extremely professional, creative, communicative and easy to work with. Our home sold in just 1 week for above asking!!! As a real estate agent, I am a big believer of staging a home for sale. But I love design, so when I put my house on the market, I even entertained the thought of staging on my own. However, after seeing their work, I know now that I could not do in ten years what they pulled off in a couple hours! My place looks so amazing and has received nothing but glowing remarks from all who have seen it. It has been statistically proven that professionally staged homes have sold 2 to 3 times faster and for 3-10% more than homes that have not been staged. Staging makes your house look bigger, brighter, cleaner and best of all; it makes home buyers want to buy it!! I worked with Everything Creative Designs on three projects for HGTV (Home & Garden Television Network) that were filmed in San Diego. As the Interior Designer for the show, I was tasked with the renovating each of the three properties then Everything Creative Designs staged each property to perfection for the filming of the "Reveal Episodes". Each project was very different, had different design aesthetics and color schemes. They exceeded my expectations on every project and made my renovations sing! Leah, their extremely talented in-house artist, custom painted artwork for each project in the color schemes that I provided. Their entire staff of designers, stagers and movers are friendly and professional, which is a reflection of the leadership of Carol and Danni Kaplan. I look forward to working with them again and will confidently recommend their services to others.

Dane McCleary 710 Beach Rentals

We have used Carol and her team for multiple properties, helping to furnish and re-design many of the Vacation Rentals that we manage in the Mission Beach area. Her team of experts don't just make the houses look great, but they also strategically design the properties to maximize rental potential and keep guests comfortable. They are always happy to incorporate existing furniture, or to fully furnish and decorate vacant homes (including all rental furnishings, kitchenware, linens etc.). We recommend Everything Creative Designs to all of the owners we work with, and they have never disappointed!

I have worked with Carol and her team at Everything Creative on multiple homes and they have always provided an excellent staging service. I have used other staggers and nothing compares to their professionalism, level of detail, timeliness, and beautiful execution. They are definitely pros at what they do and the houses come out amazing. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering staging a home.
