In 1992 two friends, Terry Hammack and Mark Anderson, formed Anderson & Hammack Construction Co., Inc. At that time they had about 60 years of experience between the two of them in new home construction, remodeling and restorations. They took their passion for quality construction to build better Duluth homes, higher performing Superior homes, and beautiful long lasting business spaces. Northland homes were being built to a new level with the help of Terry and Mark’s knowledge. This was because both of them started in the business very young helping their fathers and learning the trades and practices passed down over generations. Anderson and Hammack is licensed and bonded for Wisconsin and Minnesota. In 2011 they welcomed a new partner, Nicholas Olson. Nicholas was hired as a carpenter in 2004 and has welcomed the challenge to take Anderson Hammack into the future. As of October 2018, Nicholas became the sole owner of Anderson & Hammack and continues to lead it’s growth. Being on top of the custom home building industry is important to Anderson Hammack. Our team is continually attending workshops and seminars on upcoming building practices and new trends in order to provide our customers with a product that they will love for years to come. Although they are unafraid to take on any project, they specialize in building high performance custom Duluth and Superior area homes.
