Diane Berry Kitchens

Eight years after our Diane Berry kitchen was installed, we had a product issue with the sink. We contacted Diane with no real expectation of a resolution. However, Diane took on the challenge, contacted the original suppliers on our behalf and arranged for the removal of the old sink and installation of a new one. The work was carried out with minimum disruption and inconvenience to us, and, more importantly, without any damage to the original worktop and cupboards. Our kitchen still looks and feels like brand new and we continue to be thrilled with it. Many thanks to Diane and her team for their prompt action.

Outstanding customer after care! Diane Berry Kitchens not only has a first class reputation for the highest quality work but is clearly determined to keep it with outstanding aftercare. The company undertook a full kitchen renovation for my mother in law over 10 years ago. Even now it still looks like new but one of a matching pair of radiators started to corrode - obviously well out of warranty. I searched the internet myself for a replacement with no luck. Whilst everyone would love a brand new complete kitchen I posed the team at Diane Berry Kitchens, with a non-standard, technically challenging, retro-fit project. Martin came out and really got stuck into the brief of what was required, and how to achieve the best results. Martin and Ben researched what was possible and came up with a brilliant, bespoke proposal, with options on both brands and costs. The installation went ahead earlier this week, utilising Nino's clever cabinetry skills and his attention to detail. Great service from the initial enquiry, through the complex and very thorough research and product specification decisions. We obtained quotes from various kitchen companies but Diane’s designs were far the most interesting and innovative. Her design involved re-configuring our kitchen and dining room, combining them into one open plan space. The design makes full use of the area, brings light to a previously dingy kitchen and makes use of a previously under utilised dining room. The new layout has truly transformed how we live as a family. The space is much more sociable and everyone enjoys being in it. Diane gently guided us through the design process, suggesting things that she thought would work well for us. Her experience was invaluable and we have found her recommendations to be spot on. Diane promised us a robust yet beautiful kitchen, one that could cope with a young family and lots of mud. Seven years on and our kitchen still looks as good as new. We love entertaining in it, and it still has the ‘wow’ factor. Over the years we’ve contacted Diane a couple of times. Her after-sales care has been exemplary. She responds promptly to queries and has quickly addressed our concerns. In summary we highly recommend Diane Berry kitchens and her team.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Although our new kitchen was installed in 2014 we recently had a problem with an appliance which the manufacturer’s were struggling to repair. I contacted Diane Berry kitchens asking for assistance and the response was just amazing. They sorted the problem out for us in spite of the poor attempts by the appliance manufacturers. As stated before in spite of the kitchen being installed in 2014 there after care service deserves all the five stars and more.

I Had the luxury of having two Diane Berry kitchens through the years one in 2012 and another in 2019 after looking at lots of other kitchen companies in 2012 I came across this amazing independent company called Dianne berry from the initial chat I know she was the one she just got exactly what I wanted, contemporary stylish and also practical, all the other companies I looked at they were definitely style over substance, loved that kitchen and I’m sure when I sold my house the kitchen was the wow selling factor so I didn’t hesitate to re employ them in 2019 for my next kitchen and yet again I wasn’t disappointed, My latest kitchen was stunning and even more than I could ever had imagined I Wouldn’t go anywhere else if I ever had to do another kitchen definitely would employ them 5 stars all the way.

Diane Berry is Diane Berry Kitchens. She is a bold and exciting designer. Diane was incredibly patient and completely enabled us to be brave with the space we had. She went above and beyond for us, which we believe she does for all her clients. She was genuinely interested in what we wanted and how we lived day to day and the design was a testament to her understanding and consideration. Not only is our kitchen beautiful and classy the build quality is exemplary….you won’t find any flimsy hardboard cupboard backs with boring basic white interiors here! The whole process was efficient and ran like clockwork. Her team were also fantastic and clearly have a great deal of respect and regard for her. Diane Berry Kitchens offers a great design, superb quality and efficiency throughout and we cannot imagine ever going anywhere else for a kitchen.

If you want a kitchen that is both technically and aesthetically to the highest standard then I would highly recommend using Diane and her brilliant team. From the very beginning of the design process through to fitting and finishing touches, communication was excellent and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. The Alno kitchen looks so stylish but is also very functional and Diane took a great deal of time in listening to what we wanted to ensure the design was right for the space. Our kitchen was fitted by DB about 15 years ago. It still looks today exactly as it did when it was first fitted. If ever we have had a problem with any part of the kitchen DB always sends her fantastically efficient fitters out to us, all these years later. We recently decided to change our fridge. We ordered a new one from DB. When it arrived, several weeks before the actual due date, the nicest fitter, called Lazlo, came and fitted the new one. It was a pleasure to have him in the house. He is stereotypical of all of the DB team. I personally could not recommend DB Kitchens any higher than is possible. This is without doubt the best company that we have ever bought from, and that says it all. They deserve all the awards they get !

Diane Berry Kitchens is a very special place! We first met Diane some 9 years ago when looking for a new kitchen. After visiting numerous showrooms, we liked the styles on display, but importantly we liked the way we were treated. Diane's design skills, product knowledge and patience are second to none. She spent time making sure she understood our requirements, offering ideas and suggestions, and listening to what we said. The team of fitters (one of whom is now Installation Manager) were polite, respectful and professional. Our kitchen was wonderful when it was installed, and it is still wonderful today. I can honestly say that there is not one thing I would change, and the kitchen still has a 'wow' factor when seen! We are planning on moving away from the area this year to be nearer to our daughters, there will only be one 'go-to' kitchen designer for us should we embark on a new kitchen project again. We were recommended by our architect to contact Diane. I had some ideas and plans for our open plan kitchen , we spent time with her going through our ideas . I was hugely impressed when she came back with a unique design that surpassed my expectations. The design attention to detail and unique finishes have give us a high end product that we feel is for value for money. We were also impressed with her team that worked with our builders , fitting of the kitchen and customer service. there is an attention to detail throughout the company that is reflected in the impressive new show room. Working with Diane was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Firstly a fantastic design service and selection of options where she really listened to what our needs where, was not pushy at all, gave us time to decide on the design (and amend a few times!) through multiple consultations to get it just as we wanted it. Through an extensive two and a half year full gut and restore project we had multiple delays but this was no problem for Diane who held everything until we were ready. They then managed to fit the kitchen safely during the challenges of Covid, with fantastic attention to detail, an outstanding level of finish and customer service. We absolute love the kitchen which is everything we could have wanted thanks to Diane and her team. It also has to be said that over and above an amazing kitchen some of Diane's suggestions for the rest of the house really improved our entire build! Diane and her team were always helpful with queries both during the process and since the installation. This was by far the most stress free part of our Project. Thanks Diane and team!

I can't recommend Diane and her team highly enough. From initial discussions where we felt at ease to discuss characterisitcs and ideas thoughts and design points of what we thought wanted to trusting Diane to allow her to put in that extra creativity to bring the whole design to fruition. Always responsive, happy to explore ideas and change accoridng to the decisions made it becomes an easy going exchange of ideas and ultimately the kitchen that you had always hoped for. Installation is always done to exacting standards with a team of experiencd installers and Dianes focus on key suppliers means that the price of the kitchen is competitive against industry peers. Daine has now doen kitchens in our previous house and our new one ... which pretty much sums up my recommendation... brilliant and trusted.

A truly class company, staff and service extremely efficient, I purchased my kitchen some 14 years ago and it is still like new, friends comment on it even today, in terms of style it has not dated in my opinion, Diane and her team deserve your order for sure, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

We had a Diane Berry kitchen installed 17yrs ago.and at the time we were really impressed with the quality of the the installation and service received from everyone involved. The kitchen is still amazing and has not ‘dated’ both in style and the units themselves remain as good as the day they were fitted. We recently had a problem with the fridge/ freezer and didn’t hesitate to ask Diane if she could help with replacement and fitting . Diane remembered us from all those years ago and we now have a new larder fridge installed by an equally professional team as 17yrs ago. As a Commercial Director, i know what a great customer experience should be and because of this I very rarely write contractor recommendations. Given our whole experience I wanted to highly recommend Diane Berry and her team for the kitchen refit they completed in our barn conversion. If your looking for a kitchen designer then you need someone who is a great listener, practical designer with a deep knowledge and experience to understand the customer needs...............Diane has all these skills and when you understand just how professional she is, you can see why she has so many certificates and design awards. She has vast knowledge of all the great product options she can access and she takes care to really understand the outcomes needed. After a faultless design and orderIng process the challenge was passed to Martin and Dan as our installation team. The pre start meetings on site with Martin really helped to get everything ready for the start day. Dan our installer, besides being a great guy, was a true craftsman. Many times he reviewed parts of the install against his high standards and in stead of opting for a short cut he refitted to get the perfect finish he expected! Yes all projects have a few hiccups and our install has 2 issues with components not coming through exactly as they were designed. Now this is where Diane and her team really differentiate her business from the many others!!!! The main issue was some unit interiors not exactly matching versa the design: we had not really noticed it but to Diane’s credit she and her team did! ........ again the team could have looked for a shortcut/cover up option. Not a chance..............instead Diane personally drove to see us on her day off to explain face to face the issue and offer us the best options to find a solution. As the whole team are employed and not sub contracted they are all engaged in living and breathing the culture and exceptional standards that Diane sets!!! Great business to deal with

From the moment we went into the showroom To discuss our desires , wishes and dreams Diane completely understood every one of our aspirations Not only do DBK offer fantastic products , the design and vision of Diane and her team is nothing short of amazing . As well as designing us an amazing functional wow kitchen Diane completely redesigned the entire downstairs of our house ! I finally decided to take the plunge and invest in a much needed kitchen. I did get a quote from another well known company which was ok but it was a salesman that was designing and quoting (i.e someone that had taken a course to do that). I knew Diane, as she had previously fitted my Mother's kitchen 18 or so years ago and that still looked amazing so it wasn't really a gamble to go with Diane. Immediately you can sense the professionalism of someone who had spent their working lives in the kitchen business. Her knowledge, advice and design ideas were invaluable. Her products are high end and her design was built around my lifestyle and circumstance. She recommended a builder to me who I was equally pleased with as he and his lads did a great and thorough job. Nothing was too much trouble. Incidentally, the building work was started before lockdown. So for roughly a week, arrangements were made to install a temporary kitchen which consisted of two hobs, a fridge, an oven and my washing machine re installed. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I was put in contact with Diane through Alno national sales, when I was looking for spare parts for an Alno kitchen fitted by a different supplier around 10 years ago. Diane sourced the parts and provided them in a timely manner, and completely free of charge. A very prompt, exemplary service. Because we have an older home we were apprehensive about the amount of work required in replacing our kitchen. We wanted someone to take charge of the whole operation.We were also concerned because we considered our kitchen to be relatively small. However on our first meeting with Diane we were reassured on both counts. We asked Diane to design a new kitchen for us, and were impressed by the plans and by the possibilities available to us. From initial planning, through the building repairs, carried out with expertise by the builder recommended by Diane; and the kitchen fitted, with precision and skill by Steven, Diane’s team were first class. It still looks and works as though it were fitted yesterday..... testament to her timeless yet super contemporary design, the quality of the materials and fittings and the craftsmanship of the installation. Diane is a special, talented lady and her company is fantastic. We went to 3 different companies when choosing the kitchen for our grade 2 listed Georgian house. Diane was the only person that actually listened to us and came up with the perfect design. We love the hide away breakfast cupboard, fantastic storage drawers and beautiful quartz worktop. My DB kitchen/utility room/dining room was installed at end of last year and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. The rooms are fabulous but the whole process was fantastic too. You have an amazing team and the contractors you use are excellent too. I’ve never ever experienced such a ‘can do’ attitude. Nothing was ever a problem or too much trouble. If I was unsure about something, alternatives were always suggested. The desire to get it right for your clients is really demonstrated. What brings me to email you is the continued excellent service I received last Sunday from Martin Haggart. I had emailed him I the morning after a leak had been discovered the night before. I had asked him to come and have a look on Monday. But by the time he had made contact with me, he was already planning to come to house, with humidifier and bring Nick the plumber. I was in London for the day and when I got home that night, the room was tidied and water back on. And it wasn’t even a problem resulting from the kitchen work. I can’t thank Martin enough. The ethos you have installed in your team is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Diane Berry looked after us from beginning to end of our kitchen project. It wasn't only her incredible, cutting edge knowledge, impeccable taste and expertise that impressed us, it was the care and personal approach she takes with all her customers.... She loves her job and it shows. Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful and all our friends and family agree. It also works, it is so well thought out and designed that it's a real pleasure to use, Diane has expert knowledge of all the latest appliances, there is so much on the market, she advised us on what to go for and we trust her opinion implicitly. She is extremely approachable and helpful, often liaising with our architect and builders directly, taking the pressure of my husband and I, allowing us to concentrate on other aspects of the build. We saw various, local kitchen companies in our area but none of them offered the level of service, design quality, professionalism and attention to detail that Diane and her team offer. I really can't recommend her highly enough. We are absolutely delighted. Kitchen design doesn't come more pleasurable than this.

I visited Diane unsure as to whether to have a new kitchen in my extension as my old kitchen wasn’t that old. Her design made my mind up.....it completely transformed the room and gave it the WOW factor I was after!! Not only did Diane come up with the kitchen design, she suggested changes to the overall layout of the downstairs which has made an enormous difference to the flow and feel of the house. Co-ordinating the fitting of the kitchen with the building work proved to be a challenge but Martin pulled out all the stops to fit round everyone else’s timescales. Steven and his team fitted the kitchen and their attention to detail is second to none; I don’t think you’d find better workmanship anywhere. The kitchen looks fabulous and is so easy to work in; there is nothing I would change and cannot thank Diane and her team enough. They certainly know what they are doing and it is no wonder they are top of their game.

To be honest, we are not really kitchen people as we don’t do a great deal of cooking but we knew that our old kitchen needed to be replaced, and we must say that Diane and her team made it an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Indeed, we were actually quite excited as the work got under way, and we never thought that we would say that about a kitchen !! We were very impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team, including Diane, who did the design, Martin, who managed the project, and Laszlo and colleagues, who carried out the installation. All were very approachable and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to deal with them about both the project as planned and also the minor changes to plan which are inevitable in such a project as it develops. Unfortunately, they can’t perform miracles so we still can’t cook, but we do spend a lot more time in the kitchen enjoying the atmosphere. All in all, we would highly recommend Diane and her team to anybody wanting a high quality, well designed and well built kitchen

For many years we had admired Diane Berry Kitchens when passing her studio. Last year we decided the time was right to change the kitchen so called in to take advice. On meeting Vicki the designer, we knew we were in the safest hands. Together we designed a functional yet very stylish living space .The choice, quality and finish of the kitchen is excellent, we knew this was going to be our dream kitchen providing an open plan area where the family would live together. Our kitchen was an investment, the best one we have ever made. Each day we enjoy the space and know there is nothing we would have changed. We came across Diane whilst visiting the KBB at the NEC. Her warmth, confidence and focus on the requirements of ‘the client’ attracted us to her immediately. We visited her showroom with our architect’s plans and we were amazed at her ability to immediately visualise not just the kitchen space but the whole build. Creating a great kitchen design is one thing, installation is another step to potential disappointment. I can honestly say we have never seen such an efficient and caring work team; from delivery drivers to kitchen fitters. Our fitter Michael was an absolute dream to have in our home. Arriving usually before 7:30am and often not leaving until after 8pm. At one point he picked out blemishes in the fitted product (which we would never have noticed) and insisted on promptly getting the part replaced. Thankyou Michael, you are a credit to Diane Berry Kitchens! Our experience of Diane has been that she works relentlessly to make sure the kitchen she creates exceeds the customers’ expectations; she certainly managed that with our kitchen. I cannot recommend Diane and her staff highly enough. Diane has proved to be a warm, caring person who also happens to be a brilliant kitchen designer!

I first got touch with Diane Berry Kitchens at the Grand Designs exhibition in London. I was very impressed with their stall and arranged to meet up with Diane Berry herself who then arranged a prelimanary site visit while on a trip to London to receive a kitchens design award. Her enthusiasm for and understanding of an unconventional project was really appreciated and we now have a kitchen that meets all our expectations from aesthetic and practical viewpoint. Diane and her team really did push the boat out for us, managing to install the kitchen just in time for Christmas. Thank you to Michael too for providing such a cheerful and efficient service.

We recently purchased a brand new kitchen for our house extension. From the moment we met with Diane Berry she understood exactly what we wanted. She took a great deal of time to find out exactly how we would use our kitchen, she suggested some fantastic ideas to our architects design, that we implemented. Her whole team were excellent. She went above and beyond and searched for light fittings, came to our house one Sunday afternoon to help choose wallpapers for the whole of our downstairs....which are all now up on the wall. The kitchen was fitted by Mike, who has to be the best, most professional work person we have ever known. His attention to detail was amazing and he was meticulous in everything he did. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he would often work late evenings and was always at the house at 7.30 every morning. The house was always left neat and tidy every evening when he left during the fitting project. The finished kitchen is simply wonderful and I would recommend Diane Berry Kitchens to any one wanting a dream kitchen.

My husband and I met Diane at the Grand Designs Live 2017 for a 30 mins consultation. When we turned up to the show the first thing we did was make a b-line to the designers section to try and book an appointment with a designer, ideally with Diane as we had read her great reviews and she has won many awards for her fantastic work. Unfortunately when we turned up, the lady at the desk said she was fully booked, however luckily for us as the lady was telling us this Diane was walking past and told us she could see us at the end of the show. We are in the process of building our house however we have been unhappy with the layout of the house and we've been struggling to visualise how we would live in the house and once Diane saw our plans she immediately understood where we were coming from. After studying the plans, Diane completed rejigged the floor plans and we have adopted all her ideas, without her help we wouldn't be as excited as we now are with the build of the house. Thank you Diane, not only are we great full that you went out of your way to meet with us, you were also very friendly and personable.

Diane created a beautiful contemporary kitchen for us, which has changed how we live as a family. We now spend more time eating and being together. She provided various alternative designs and guidance on options available but was careful not to influence our choice. The kitchen is now two years old but still looks like new. We had a very minor issue recently with the dishwasher catching when closing. What a lovely experience we had dealing with Diane Berry and her team when creating our fabulous new kitchen. We had visited many local kitchen companies over the previous 6 months - all of which were 'okay' but we were never 100% happy until we went a little further off our manor to visit Diane Berry Kitchens. We were instantly impressed by Dianes' professionalism (and sense of humour!) - Diane listened intently to our requests and never discounted anything we said. The installers arrived on the appointed start date and their craftsmanship was first rate, nothing was too much trouble. Deadlines were met and budgets adhered to! Perfect!

I met with Diane at the Grand Design fair in London in May. It was part of the free consultations with an expert and I cannot believe how much energy Diane devoted to my kitchen extension project, knowing this was a no fee generating session. She gave me tips and re-shuffled plans we thought could not be viably changed and provided enlighten alternatives.

Diane came to our house to measure up for our new kitchen or so we thought ! We had a kitchen, conservatory which is tagged onto back living room and one of the things i complained about in our chat was the fact we could never look out and enjoy the back garden as much as i would of liked. Diane transformed our living space, so much so as it shocked us when she showed us the plans, thank god we went for it as it is stunning. Diane designed a kitchen for us about 25 years ago and we were so pleased with her design, advice and project management that we decided to ask for her help again when we couldn't decide how to renew our kitchen Diane is so unusual in that she really finds out what you want, like and need rather than persuading you to have any standard design. She is very good at her job! She completely redesigned our kitchen/diner, giving us more storage as required and improving the view of the garden. ( None of the architects we had consulted had managed to do this.) The room plan was reversed, the sink unit moved into the middle of the space and a doorway moved. The redesign required quite a lot of building and plumbing as well as electrical work. We have a new ceiling, new plaster, new french windows and of course new kitchen units and appliances. We were loaned a small cooker and a fridge while the kitchen was out of action. Diane is friendly, helpful, very calm and reassuring. The team, who work with and for her were also very skilful, reliable and friendly. They worked well together and the whole scheme was well coordinated. We had no hesitation in going away for a few days and trusting them all with our keys. There was a short delay in the work being completed but none of this was the fault of Diane's team. The prices for all the work remained as quoted and in line with the original estimate. All our visitors, including the most style conscious, think the kitchen is lovely. It is.

Diane came to my house herself to re designed my kitchen. I have a 1970s semi detached house with a small to average sized kitchen. We discussed a few options and decided do a little structural work including putting in a bigger window to create a beautiful window seat. I chose sleek modern white cabinets with a cream silestone counter to make the most of the light. I also chose a white oven and hob. The kitchen was ready for installation on time and completed quickly and efficiently. The fitter and all the staff were excellent, always polite and very helpful. Any query or concern I had was answered immediately. My kitchen is stunning and I am very happy I chose Diane Berry Kitchens.

We tasked Diane with creating a new modern family space in our traditional Victorian home. We wanted a lot from our space; we wanted somewhere to play and relax, somewhere to eat and entertain and somewhere to cook or bake. Diane set about designing our kitchen with all this in mind. She carefully considered how we could maximise our rooms to suit us, not just now but also in the future. She carefully considered every detail and took inspiration for the colour scheme from a favourite painting in our home. After considering a large number of reputable kitchen companies, my wife and I finally selected Diane Berry Kitchens to the be centre point for our new house which we were in the process of constructing. We had a number of meetings with Diane over several months and finally selected a design and appliances which we believed ideally met our requirements, and Diane accommodated all our suggested changes and modifications during this period. The construction, installation and support all went to plan and has been excellent throughout the whole process. Having now moved in we are very pleased with the end result. We note that Diane has recently won yet another award, and we would say "very well done" as it is thoroughly deserved by not only her but her whole team, who are all excellent.

I cannot praise Diane and her team enough for the most fantastic kitchen they have delivered to me. From the numerous designs Diane prepared for me to the quality of the craftsmanship the whole experience was excellent. I now have a cutting edge space with appliances that cater for our busy family life.

Diane Berry's creative design completely transformed our kitchen. Her Project Manager gave first class advice and support. Her fitting staff were highly trained craftsmen with excellent customer service skills. The build quality of her kitchens are excellent. This is our second Diane Berry kitchen, we had one in our previous home in 2008. The standard of that one helped us in our research for one in our new property. We were unable to find any of comparable quality, design or taste.

I have found the whole experience truly a pleasure, from start to finish of the process ; one which is often the hardest question most homeowners tend to ask of themselves "what can I make of the space" when applied to a kitchen. One thought sticks in my mind, they made it so easy (even if I was not) that I say simply " it was so good it makes you want to buy another". Of course having one plan on paper and then executing that is where most organisations fail their customers. However the team and that is mainly down to Michael the fitter, really made it customer centric. Michael was attentive, even obsessive in his nature and approach the planning and the fitting and all I surmise is his attention to detail and professionalism. This can only come from someone who loves doing what he does, giving the customers a wow factor and pulling your company vision through. For someone so young I was worried he was too young to deliver to my expectations of fitting this kitchen but I was soon corrected. From day One he was all the things someone making an investment in their homes expect from a supplier. On time ever day, never late and worked late to ensure each day's work was completed. Clean and tidy - he never left anything overnight to be in the way or to be cleaned up. He never ever took a lunch break! Engaging and answered questions and asked for opinions as he went where needed. The fact he even stayed until gone midnight one evening is true commitment which said to me he was measured in his approach and focussed on what he loves doing, fitting kitchens. All in all I have to commend them at the top for having such a great team who all live and breathe the way the firm deliver to customer expectations. I don't know what they feed them but they all seem incredibly happy to work for Diane and that shows in the passion by which Michael approached the kitchen he fitted. Would I buy again from them, and ask for Michael? You bet I would. Complaints are easy to make but where none exist a compliment is harder to write as I can't say enough. I recently got married and my wife absolutely loves the kitchen and its changed our enjoyment of the house totally - it's now the best room in the house.

After showing a close friend our new extension and kitchen design that my husband and I had been working on for 9 months, she simply said, 'I'll send you to Diane Berry, I think she can do better!' As soon as we stepped into the showroom, the process began. We were welcomed, encouraged to browse, ask questions, and explain all the requirements of our new dream kitchen extension. The whole Diane Berry team were extremely professional and as my friend suspected within a week Diane had come up with a perfect design for the whole extension, that we couldn't believe we hadn't thought of. Once our budget had been decided, the design was made achievable, work began and the whole experience was painless, even enjoyable. Communication with ourselves, our builders, other tradesmen was excellent, friendly and always helpful. The fitters worked to an extremely high standard, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were precise and efficient. Our kitchen installation was finished on time and was better than we had imagined, we were so delighted.....just in time for the Christmas festivities. That was in 2012, and our kitchen still continues to be the hub of the house and delivers the same pleasure and excitement as the day it was completed. We absolutely love it, wouldn't change a thing and would highly recommend Diane Berry kitchens to anyone. A very impressive, personal service that continues long after the work is finished. Diane & her team designed a new kitchen layout that was more practical, more spacious & allowed more light to flow in from the lounge through new glass sliding doors. Having visited a few kitchen designers we picked Diane Berry as we were immediately impressed with her. Unlike others, she not only listened to what we wanted but also showed interest in our lifestyle - even down to things like our height, whether we had pets and what jewellery was worn (well you wouldn't want a surface that would be full of scratches from a diamond ring you may be wearing!). Diane came back with a design that met everything on our wish list and more. She gave us ideas that suited our kitchen and which we would never have thought of. Due to the amount of work required, it was a long project but one that Diane and her team ensured that the flow of work was seamless, everyone was professional and obliging and the workmen were spot on. We ended up with a kitchen that ticked all the boxes and has proved very functional. We would have no hesitation in going back if ever we moved house, but why would we as we have the kitchen of our dreams.

Diane listens to what you want, and goes out of her way to design a kitchen to suit you. There was just one problem we had with the kitchen itself …….. but we give Diane and her team 10/10 for their speed and efficiency for sorting our problem out, thanks to Michael who was working nearby, it was soon sorted. We moved into our self build home at the end of June 2015. Just after we bought the plot of land in early 2014 we met with our future neighbours & we were bowled over by their 'wow' kitchen, & that is how we were introduced to Diane. When we met Diane we were still designing the house & our brief to Diane was a ground floor centred around a 'wow' kitchen. She produced sketches & met with us & our architect to design the layout. Diane did not stop at the ground floor but also helped with the layout on the remainder of the house. Diane helped us with design ideas, material choices, material & furniture suppliers for the whole house. This took considerable time & effort. Diane not only gave us an amazing kitchen, which everyone comments on, but also played a major role in helping us to design & build our dream home. Diane, Ross and I couldn't have asked for anything better! You captured both our personality and functional requirements of our kitchen to perfection. We only had a small space to work with, yet you transformed it to the industrial yet social area we wanted to create and it has become the heart of our house. You considered all of our needs and made fantastic suggestions we hadn't even thought of, offering innovative solutions. The personal service you provided meant we felt completely at ease and in safe and capable hands throughout the whole process. Hi Diane & John Just a note to express our sincere thanks for everything you have done regarding our new kitchen. This is the second kitchen you have designed for us this time surpassing the first which we thought would of been a tough call. However from the moment we approached you our needs and requirements where understood and translated into a perfect environment that we love. You even manage to know what we needed or didn’t and guided us towards the best possible outcome. I don’t think we are the easiest clients as both Mark and I agree on very little and with a grown up son also stating his opinions the individual requirements and expectations seemed impossible and difficult to re-produce however you exceed all our demands and expectations. The individuality of our kitchen is demonstrated in the unique granite and appliances that you installed especially the hot water tap and the sparkling / filter water supply. You have also saved me from the toast crumbs that I despised giving a solution to an everyday nuisance. Once installed you even managed to teach us how to get the best from our new appliances when we attended a cookery demonstration at your show rooms. Your attention to detail is enviable although it is your after sales service that has left us with the feeling of having made the best decision with regard to engaging your service. We are thrilled with our new kitchen. Diane Berry and her team made the whole process painless. From design stage to completion, her company gave us a personal touch, nothing was too much trouble. Our home is Victorian, with odd shaped nooks and crannies, but this was no obstacle to planning the units and appliances. The installation was a big upheaval, but Diane's project manager was there almost daily to oversee progress, and ensure the work was perfect. This review is written several months after the kitchen was fitted, which has given us time to get used to the kitchen. Everything works like a dream. Diane's aftercare service is also second to none, with one or two tiny niggles sorted out very promptly.

We were recommended to Diane Berry Kitchens by a friend whilst we were building a new house. We were very impressed with her initial designs and when we received the quote, which, I was very pleased to say was within our budget we decided to purchase our Alno kitchen. We have been living in our well designed kitchen now for 3 years. We are still delighted, the design works very well and we have had a lot of interest from family and friends. The aftercare from Diane Berry has been excellent and any enquiries we have made to the team have been dealt with promptly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Diane Berry Kitchens in the future.

If you just want a kitchen then I would not recommend Diane Berry. If you want a fabulous kitchen from a great enthusiastic (and nice!) professional kitchen designer then I would not recommend anyone other than Diane Berry. She has a fantastic eye for the big picture and the finer detail and works with her clients to really deliver what they want (even when they are not always able to tell her what they need). I could not recommend her enough from the first appointment, through the fitting experience and also for aftercare. A truly fabulous lady and firm.

We searched for a design team to work on our kitchen extension, Diane Berry was the 3rd kitchen designer that we spoke to, after speaking to Diane we stopped searching. Her professionalism and experience in the field was in a different league to the other designers we had encountered. Diane looked over our extension plans and helped us redesign the outlay to fully encompass all that we desired within our budget. Even giving advice on other areas of our extension plans. Any obstacle that they encountered was resolved quickly and professionally. Her team were exceptional as was their workmanship and completed the project on time. Without Diane and her team we wouldn't have the kitchen and living space that we so love today. A very friendly yet professional company, would recommend Diane Berry kitchens without any hesitation.

I never thought that I could afford such a high end kitchen but Diane Berry Kitchens designed and fitted my dream kitchen to my budget. That was 4 years ago, I still love it and it still looks great! I get loads of complements and have already made recommendations to all my friends. We lived through lots of renovation on our house, the experience with this company from design to fit was a wonderful mix of friendly and helpful, whilst extremely professional. Diane Berry and her excellent team designed and installed our wonderful new kitchen. Diane's design was innovative and imaginative because she listened carefully to our needs and wishes but also understood how we could make the best use of the available space. Her design was very different to our original idea but was far superior. Diane's vast knowledge of the wide range of cabinets, appliances, worktops and all other kitchen accessories available ensured we got exactly what we wanted but within our budget. The kitchen installation was of the highest standard as the fitters were skilled and paid meticulous attention to detail, they were considerate and consulted us to make sure we were happy with the all aspects of the kitchen fitting. The rest of the Diane Berry team were also knowledgeable, efficient and courteous at all times and their help, advice and support throughout the project was exceptional. We are delighted with our new kitchen and cannot recommend Diane Berry Kitchens highly enough.

We chose Diane Berry for our new kitchen because of her friendly and professional attitude and she also made us feel very welcome when we first met her. Our kitchen refurbishment required structural alterations to our home and Diane provided all the tradesmen required for our new kitchen which extended to craftsmen working bank holidays to ensure timely completion of the work. She took time to understand our wish list and her design optimised the space to include all that we asked for and the result exceeded our expectations.

Then you were recommended to us by a friend and from our very first meeting with Emma it was clear that not only did you understand our requirements, but your product was clearly superior and your vision was leagues ahead of the competition. You took what was previously two rooms, forming a very poor working space, and developed a design that integrated the rooms into a single well-structured kitchen. Emma was excellent and a pleasure to work with. From producing the initial design and being patient with us through the detailed design and selection of units and appliances, giving us valuable guidance and ideas throughout the entire process. We have finally added all our finishing touches and love spending time in our new kitchen, cooking, relaxing and entertaining.
