I began working with Steve Hartfelder on 6/1/2018 and he was fantastic in working with me to customize a wall unit that would work for the area I had in my house as well as the customization of it. He emailed me the design too!. He added two whisper fans to the back panel of the console with thermostatic control as well as two Steel perforated shelves for enhanced air flow / ventilation. I purchased a TV, Blu-ray player and articulating mount from Steve as well being he is an authorized seller of Samsung and in doing so, they mounted the brackets and hung the tv to make sure it was right before placing the tv back in the manufacturer's box for shipping. Received the equipment and only had to mount the top piece to the console and hang the tv. Steve made it easy for me. Love the equipment and design. Thanks, Steve!

Top notch audio furniture that still looks great today. The factory selections help you pick a starting design and I worked with One of the owners, Steve, to customize the cabinet to fit my exact system and speakers. All the add on options available make it an audiophiles dream with easy access, mobility, cooling and operation. Recommended Diamondcase to friends and they had furniture custom made too.

We came to Steve with a good idea of a custom cabinet for our dining room and he translated that into a beautiful unit in cherry wood. It fits perfectly in our space and is a piece we're proud to own. Quality custom work but you can't be in a hurry. We're very pleased with Steve and the final product.
