The design we had from DLD was very unique with lots of gadgets. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a very well organised and executed install. We absolutley love our new kitchen. Dave, Brian, Graeme, Chris and the Team were fantastic. Defeintly recommend.

We are delighted with our latest David L Douglas project. The time spent discussing our needs with Isobel, our designer, resulted in inspired solutions to our kitchen and laundry room requirements.The manufacturing and fitting teams produced a first class result. Throughout the project was carefully managed and when problems arose solutions were quickly found. This is the third project we have had completed by DLD - our first kitchen was installed over 20years ago. Our office has served us well for nearly 10 years. We have one more in the pipeline as we have already commissioned DLD to fit our bedroom and walk in wardrobe. Thank you for excellent, professional and personable service.

DLD are local to me and I've admired their kitchens for a long time. When the time came to renew our own kitchen, there was only one firm to contact. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and utility room. Their attention to detail is superb, right down to their designer measuring our small kitchen appliances to make sure there was enough space for them on the shelves. Highly recommend and we're looking forward to having DLD back to fit out our pantry cupboard in the next few months.

Excellent company to deal with. Very seldom do you find a company with so much attention to detail and integrity and yet everything delivered in a friendly easy manner. Nothing was too much trouble, they found a solution to everything I asked for. Everything worked exceptionally well from the first appointment with the designer through to the final coat of paint. I would recommend David Douglas 100%

We were working on the renovation of a beautiful Victorian house in North Berwick and asked David L Douglas to assist with the cabinetry including the wardrobes, headboards, wall panelling and secret doors. It was a pleasure working with them and we were very impressed with their high level of finish, professionalism and service. I can highly recommend them and would definably look to use them again.

David L Douglas did various work for us during our renovation. We had a kitchen, a study, a wine room and a utility room and boot room and also wardrobes in the bedrooms and a linen cupboard upstairs and a walk in wardrobe in the main bedroom. The work that was done is fantastic. The attention to detail is marvellous and the quality of the finished rooms are stunning. We always had polite, courteous and helpful service, and nothing was too much trouble. We are delighted that we chose to use this company.

We are so pleased that we found DLD Kitchens. From the outset everybody at the company has been great to deal with. The design really helped us maximise our small kitchen space. The units are of very good quality and the installation was first class - any problems or challenges were quickly sorted without any fuss. The loan of the mobile cooker and hob unit was also really helpful whilst the work was going on. And we really appreciated the effort or get our kitchen up and running again just as the corona virus lockdown was starting. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to any of our friends. I worked with David Douglas and his team on a project for a client in the West Coast of Scotland. They were asked to produce the kitchen, master bathroom and dressing room and some other joinery and bookshelves. They were fantastic. We had a very tight time frame to work to and they were able to produce drawings and designs quickly and were brilliant at problem solving and coming up with great ideas. Everything they made and installed was of the highest quality; they worked well with the other contractors on site. They were quick, calm and professional and did everything they said they would and when they said they would.. They could not have made my job as interior designer, any easier and they were an absolute delight to work with. Quite definitely the star of the show on this project and I literally could not fault them. I am now working with them again on another project and I could not recommend them more highly.

DLD design and manufacture the most beautiful kitchens and furniture and fittings. The company are a delight to deal with from the owners to the guys on site. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to discerning clients who want a quality product and have done so. They worked with us on our Loch Lomond project where they supplied and installed a kitchen, staircase, walnut paneled study including desk, wine store, utility room and fitted wardrobes.

David L Douglas were hired as part of the full renovation of an existing 1990s property. In addition to creating a new kitchen and utility room their commission extended to office furniture and the fitting out of a specialist wine tasting room. The quality of the design and manufacture of these bespoke elements is matched by efficient management and delivery of each project. As an architect I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From our first meeting with David and Michael of David L Douglas Kitchens we knew we were in good hands. Their attention to detail is second to none and the advice they gave us during planning has given us our dream kitchen. From the bespoke cabinetry which was hand painted to the excellent materials used for our worktops and the layout is perfect for our busy home. Their installation team were very professional and always left everything spotless. They were there when they said they would until the job was complete. We are completely satisfied and cannot thank them enough for our wonderful addition to our renovation and extension project. We would highly recommend this family business.
