This is the best company I have ever worked with. Outstanding work on my Hardie siding and trim. Great attention to detail, extremely high integrity. There was no need for me to oversee their work, as they took pride in doing an excellent job and it shows. I would hire them again in an instant.

Michael, Danny, Katherine and the project team from Custom Concepts were great to work with and did amazing work on our house. Our home had cheap, damaged vinyl siding and was in dire need of an upgrade. We spoke with multiple contractors to gauge costs for vinyl or James Hardie siding installation and Custom Concepts seemed clearly the best. Michael’s proposal was 10x more thorough and professional than the others. Pricing was very competitive - only slightly more for Hardie board than others proposed for vinyl installation - and the team was up front about scheduling and easy to work with through the contract and payment process. Danny reached out to kick off the project right on schedule. Materials were delivered promptly and neatly and the crew, led by David, did fast, quality work. Definitely the only project we’ve ever completed that was done faster than expected. The finished product looks great and we would definitely work with them again. Highly recommend.

We used Custom Concepts to replace our stucco exterior with Hardi siding and update our gutters and downspouts. It was a challenging job but they did exceptional work. They are incredibly detailed oriented, had great suggestions for design, and were very professional onsite. And they were highly communicative throughout the entire project. I would definitely recommend them.

We hired Custom Concepts to replace our siding and remodel one area of our dining room (to close off an old door and install a new window in its place). From the beginning we've been so impressed with CCC's professionalism and attention to detail. First we met with Michael, who was really patient in answering all of our questions and really thinking through our project to ensure no surprises. Once the contract was signed, we really appreciated Katherine who was our liaison and kept us updated on contract progress, scheduling and meeting dates/times. She's very pleasant and super organized. Then when work started, Danny was amazing and the crew top notched. Everyone worked so hard (like start at 8am and working until 6 to 6:30pm). They were so detail oriented, careful, clean and courteous. We have never had any contractor finish on budget and AHEAD of schedule. These folks worked so fast and so hard while delivering us gorgeous work. We are thrilled to have hired CCC and will wholeheartedly refer them to friends and neighbors. You will not be disappointed!

Michael and Danny operate a first class, professional company. Our roof and siding were replaced. Their work crews did a great job. They showed up on time and were very efficient. Danny and the Custom Concepts Construction staff did an exceptional job! We are already scheduled to have them do more work for us because of the incredible job they did. They are what all home contractors should aspire to and we highly recommend them. First and foremost, the quality of the work was first rate. We had a complex project with multiple different types of work being done. They used different staff at each step, ensuring experts in their particular field did the work. Additionally, Danny was a constant presence to ensure that each piece of work done by a different expert fit the holistic scheme and intent of the project. On multiple occasions, Danny's presence, expertise, and attention to detail ensured our project came out perfect. Looking at the completed job, all those little details done correctly are obvious and really make a difference in how much we enjoy our new space. We LOVE the work they did! Importantly, they're honest! We've worked with many contractors over the years of homeownership and Custom Concepts Construction was the most fair and honest company we've ever dealt with. There were no hidden charges, unexplained costs, or inferior products substituted. We were stuck at home during COVID and watched the work progress and be performed daily. They did what they said they were going to do, using the products they said they were going to use, at the price they said it would cost. I cannot emphasize the value and comfort in knowing Custom Concepts Construction does excellent, honest work at a fair price. Finally, their communication throughout the project was fantastic! We always knew who was coming, when they were showing up, what they were doing, and approximately how long it would take. They also communicated immediately if something shifted based on availability of parts or staff. Again, the value and comfort of being fully aware of the status of our project cannot be emphasized enough.

Custom Concepts Construction was great to work with from beginning to end. Michael was very engaged helping us through the planning process. He answered every question we had (we had a lot) and was very quick to respond. Our project scope changed quite a bit by the time we were able to schedule construction, and Michael helped us navigate through all of that. Most importantly, he came to the table with ideas on what we should do. That's what we were looking for, expert advice. Danny managed the project and was extremely responsive, thorough, and helpful through the whole process. This was a huge project for us (windows, doors, siding, soffit, trim, lights, porch remodel, etc) and having someone be so involved and responsive eliminated a lot of the stress. Again, we had a ton of questions, and Danny was quick to answer our questions and address any of our concerns. In the end, during our punch list review Danny pointed out some minor things to fix, that I hadn't even noticed, so his attention to detail was great. You can really tell that the team takes pride in their work. I think the first day the siding went up, they were as excited as we were. Juan led the day-to-day construction at the house, and he and his team did amazing work. The whole team was great, professional, and friendly. We worked often with Katherine for billing, and she was very responsive, kind and always helpful. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our 50+ year old house looks brand new...amazing! There were so many times throughout this process that I told my wife “Thank goodness we picked this company" because they were great throughout the entire process, and they do incredible work. It was a great experience from beginning to end, with a great end result. I couldn't recommend them more.

We engaged with Custom Concepts to replace our siding and gutters. Every step of the process was professional and personal. We went through several designs and the team was patient with us all the way. Once the remodel began, everything went smooth and quickly. The site remained clean and tidy. The team even went the extra mile to replace all of the fixtures as well as complete the installment of a storm door for us at no extra cost. A job very well done and we are still amazed at the transformation.

I contracted Custom Concepts to do a complete remodeling of the outside of my house. I selected this company on the basis of its reputation as an elite preferred James Hardie Siding Contractor and the strong recommendation I received from my neighbor. Custom Concepts also offered the full range of services I needed for this job (siding, painting, electrical work, window installation, and gutter replacement). From my earliest discussions with Mike Swank in planning the project through subsequent implementation supervised by Danny Harper, the company exceeded all expectations. From the start of project execution, the work was carried out efficiently and on schedule. Juan, the highly skilled, professional on-site craftsman and crew supervisor did an outstanding job. The siding crew and painters were highly skilled and courteous - and they diligently cleaned the site at the end of every workday. Danny came to the site daily to ensure the work was going smoothly and to discuss any questions or finalize decisions. Customer service also was outstanding. Danny was always available by phone or called back usually within minutes, if I had any concerns, or to inform me of any schedule adjustments. If there was anything that needed his attention, no matter how small, he ensured that it was addressed as soon as possible. He also added very welcome improvements that were not in the original plan, and was particularly helpful in reviewing the punch list after the construction was completed. He immediately followed up on a few issues and even found some of his own. I am very pleased with the final product – my house looks great. I highly recommend this company.
