I was recommended to Petar by a friend after I saw her magnificent home. From the very first meeting, he eagerly worked with me to achieve my vision of my dream home. My extensive remodel included a complete kitchen renovation, new tile floors throughout my house, expanding walls (both width and height) , installation of new lighting fixtures and a 21st century automated lighting system, installation of new sinks, toilets, plumbing, and bathroom cabinets as well. He designed a stunning and elegant entertainment center for my family room. Petar was available to answer all my questions. His expertise is second to none. He patiently returned my calls, and strived to work within my budget. His extensive knowledge and use of the best crafts people in the industry made for a seamless operation. Petar is a perfectionist and addressed any issues often times without my knowledge. He has excellent taste and was a great partner in helping my design visions come to fruition. I highly recommend his services for anyone looking to update and improve their home.

What started as a kitchen renovation ended with a whole house renovation and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. We’ve worked with GC’s before when building onto this house, but Petar was so much more than a General Contractor. He was a visionary by helping us understand what was possible, a designer helping us choose our finishes, and an objective consultant when he thought we were making the wrong decision. With a whole house renovation, hiccups are expected, but Petar handled each of these situations with professionalism, managed all the trades until we were completely satisfied, and delivered a home that was beyond our expectations. We are truly living in our Forever Home!!!

It ha been almost 1 Year since the completion of our new kitchen. Walking into it still has not become routine. Every time I walk in I smile & feel such joy! It is beautiful! Pete Vuletic, the owner/contractor, was honest, forthright, and present either physically or a phone call away. Neil Mackinnon, the designer, was creative, “heard” our needs, kept us within our budget, and also was present throughout the project. We are most grateful for their professionalism, integrity, and hard work! I promise you will not be disappointed when choosing Concept Kitchen & Bath to assist in your remodeling project!

I was new to the area and needed a complete bathroom remodel. Being a female, I was searching for someone to coordinate the job from beginning to end. I knew that I would need advice on the best way to lay out the room and where to go to purchase materials. I spent many hours discussing all the aspects of the job with Neil. When it came to actual construction, Pete handles most of the details with the sub contractors. Everyone they use is licensed and insured and they are very professional in everything they do. I could not have asked for a better pair to work with. I highly recommend them.

Working with Petar and Neil was was a wonderful and stress free experience. They always returned our calls promptly, and answered all our concerns with a smile. Our master bath cabinets came out just as we had hoped, and their installer Angel was a true mechanic. We subbed out our marble fabrication and shower glass and mirrors to companies Petar recommended and they were equally reliable. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

I recently remodeled a kitchen in boca raton with concept. Most of the renovation was while I was not in residence. Because of Neil McKinnon and his workmen everything went perfectly! Neil was there to oversee all work that was done. Upon my return I had a beautiful kitchen with every detail taken care of. He was a pleasure to work with and most importantly returned every phone call promptly! I highly recommend this company!

I love Petar's work so much, I've hired him 3 times. His designs are fantastic and his workers are very professional. He does top quality work with reasonable prices. Our total kitchen renovation (from the flooring to the ceiling) took 3 weeks and 2 days! He has done a full renovation of the kitchen, laundry area, living room, dining room and family room. Petar was most helpful, when we had to file an insurance claim. He met with the insurance adjuster and explained what the scope of the work was going to be and how it was to be done correctly. If he hadn't been there, don't think we would have received enough insurance money to cover the cost of the repairs.
