Closet Factory of Maine

I have had three installments of shelving and storage systems from the Closet Factory of Maine and cannot say enough good things about the manager and installers. Each shelving system was installed to last and for exactly what I needed and for a fair price. They are wonderful to work with, kind, ethical, dependable, flexible and wise. If anyone needs to have shelving of any kind, for any purpose, this is your team!

Great job on the second and third closets that we have had redone by Closet factory. We were so pleased with the first one that we had you come back a few years later for the other two. Design ideas are first rate and installation crew was on time and pleasant to deal with. Very happy with Closet Factory of Maine and hope to use them again.

I recommend Closet Factory with absolutely NO reservations. They are a pleasure to deal with, they get the job done quickly and their designer, Maria has an excellent eye for making the best use out of all space. We have used them on three separate occasions in two different homes: first for a large hall closet, then two bedroom closets and lastly for a small hall closet when we recently downsized to a condo. We were 100% pleased with all jobs done!

I have used Closet factory several times for two different homes. I had all of my closets done in both homes and an office built and a hutch type unit on my sunporch in my current home. The quality of the workmanship is extremely professional and the Design was tailored for my needs while keeping my Budget in mind. I did not have to wait any longer than the time that they promised me up front and the entire process was so easy. I have never felt so organized and happy and it all looks so beautiful. I would highly recommend Closet Factory Of Maine for all of your Organizational Needs. You will not be disappointed.

It is important to be happy with a finished product, however equally one should be happy with the service and communication. Happy to report we are SO very happy with the service, communication leading up to instillation and the work itself. Walter the owner was great about getting back to me and their sales person Maria is AMAZING and came out and got a quote right away and worked on the quote to fit to what we needed. Instillation happened in ONE week where other bids were coming in at 3-4 weeks out .The two gentleman that were at our home were amazing, cleaned up after their selves and were constantly communicating with us as well. We had one small question after and they came right away to fix the issue (that was so not a big deal at all) and that also simply proved to us that they wanted the best outcome for us and our home. We built a new home and hired Closet Factory to help with 4 closets. The designer was more than helpful. We told her what we were looking for and she knew the questions to ask. She gave helpful hints and suggestions to maximize the space. The installers were excellent. They were polite, neat and did a great job! We are so pleased with every inch of the shelving installed in our home. It has made such a difference. Everyone should experience such true professionals! Thank you!

We constructed a closet in our mudroom and debated whether to use a professional company to put together the interior. We called on Closet Factory of Maine and couldn't be more pleased. The finished project looks fabulous and gives us much more space than we had ever imagined. The person who installed the cabinetry was amazing. There were some things that had to be improvised and he made sure they were done both structurally and cosmetically correctly. It was a pleasure to deal with the company all along the way. They were timely and responsive throughout the whole process.
