The fact that we have used Keystone on 3 seperate remodeling projects, should speak for itself. Projects have included, Master Bath, Kitchen/living room, and family room. All projects were completed as designed, on budget and mostly on time. Working with Chad, the design process was 'on the mark' and always fitted into our 'style'. Craftsmanship on the jobs is beyond '5 stars'. Communications were always open to make sure any snags or problems, were discussed and a resolution reached. Kitchen, total gut, wall movement, reorientation of traffic flow, everything new, floor to ceiling and all appliances, island & built-in hutch. I have worked as a supplier for Keystone Building and Design for about 5 years. I have always been impressed with the one on one design time Chad spends with his customers helping them find what is perfect for them. Keystone Building and Design helded us through every aspect of a full kitchen remodel from concept to completion. The result was incredible! The first thing everyone says that walks into our home is "wow", and we were featured in 417 Home magazine. Chad and his team brought a lot of creative ideas to dealing with a small and outdated space. Not the cheapest, but we got good value in the end and outstanding quality. We could not be happier with the final outcome and will see a return on resale.

Probably the best words to describe our experience and outcome, is just how amazing the final products turned out and how easy it was to work with Chad and his crew. I wouldn't be truthful, if I didn't say me and my wife were both hesitant about doing this big of a remodel on our house, let alone having someone inside our house for the length of time this might take to accomplish. We were in need of some major changes and finding someone to do the work that we trusted and who wouldn't disappoint was first and foremost. Our kitchen was just too small for our family and much of our family area was in need of upgrades. We had heard by word of mouth about Chad at Keystone, so he came with high reviews from others. After talking with Chad and looking at other projects he had performed, we decided he was the guy for us. We actually had Chad perform two upgrade/remodels for us. If we had not had the first project go so well, we might not had been so inclined to do the second. Our first project, included adding a basement bar/eating area, which we had initially not done when building our house several years ago. We also painted our basement area and did several small changes that made the space much more entertainment worthy. We were on budget and it turned our great, and was everything we had envisioned. This led to our much bigger second project. We knew we wanted to expand our kitchen and do upgrades to our living areas upstairs, but we just needed some guidance on how best to utilize our additional space we wanted to expand into. We sat down with Chad and he presented several ideas on how we could go about doing just that. Of course, one change typically leads to another, so we ended up doing more than we had anticipated, but we were not disappointed. We expanded out our kitchen area, almost doubling our floor space and cabinetry. We gained a much needed walk-in pantry, eating, and cooking island. We put down tile with hardwood accents in the kitchen area and hardwood floors throughout our upstairs, dinning room, living room, and stairwell to our basement. We painted and updated lighting throughout the entire space. We also moved an upstairs half bath and remodeled the other full. Whooo... that sounds like a lot and it was, but I can't tell you how easy it was to work with Chad and his crew during this remodel all while we're still living in the house. We could not have been any happier with the final outcome. Granted, we exceeded our initial budget, but only because we opted to go with some additional great ideas Chad had to offer that made the space better than we had envisioned. We were so happy with the final product, we opted to let Chad use our kitchen for a kitchen remodel article in the 417 magazine. If you're looking to have any type of remodel or building performed, Chad with Keystone Building and Design is the guy for you. Oh, and I can't say enough about what a great job his foreman Tim did as well.

We are very pleased with the work that Keystone Building did for us. They remodeled our master bath and laundry room. Their work was well done. Joe, our lead builder, was very courteous and explained the steps as they needed to be done. They were patient with us as we made decisions in regards to tile, granite, mirrors and etc. We would like another bath remodeled and will definitely ask Keystone to consider doing our work. As a wholesale distributer I have worked with Chad and his clients for several years. He is always very professional with his clients and always has there best interest in mind when he is designing or remodeling there home. He is one of the best I've seen in the 14 years of being in the flooring industry as far as planning, designing, and construction satisfaction to his client. The project was a total renovation of entire house. Chad dealt with us and another designer from out of town. This resulted in delays that were caused by our designer and Chad dealt with this professionally. The space was completely transformed, from removing the faux treatment on ceilings to replacing all the flooring and moving some walls. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely redone. All work was preformed in a professional manner with an eye for detail. The results are dramatic.

Keystone Build and Design remodeled our kitchen, master bath and then gave the rest of the house a fresh look in preparation to sell. They provided a) excellence in design b) excellence in quality c) were at my home promptly and at regular hours d) always left the home and work area clean e) Chad oversaw the project and I didn't have to be home f) offered a designer to assist with material and color choice that were within the budget and g) finished within the time frame allotted. Granted they are not the cheapest contractor in the area, but you get what you pay for. Our home was in the Terraces Subdivision. The home did sell, we do not believe it would have retained its value had we not worked with Keystone Build and Design to update this colonial.
