Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I have to start by saying that I am biased and I am proud to be. It did not happen overnight. My tremendous respect and admiration for Joanne developed as a result of many staging projects she helped me with. A perfectionist workaholic , she matches my style perfectly and would go to great lengths to do everything she possibly can to accommodate your schedule and needs. Wouldn’t you want someone with that much passion in your corner?! Joanne lovers her craft and that comes across in every object and every touch. She transformed more properties than I can remember. As a listing agent, I find her indispensable when it comes to execution, be that scheduling or design. My clients owe their great gains over asking price to Joanne, while I am the one who gets to take credit most of the time. It should be noted that Joanne carries high quality inventory, which is not something that can always be expected in high velocity staging business. Prior to meeting Joanne I came across several stagers, whose furnishes were not only generic, but also tired and dull. You can rest assured that is not the case with Chic Interiors. She advises about house preparation, paint colors, etc.. She does her best to accommodate schedules. She is very responsive and always pleasant.
