From reception, designer, to installers- our experience was great! The ONLY issue was the saw was used on the lawn. The debris was unsightly and needed to be blown and pressure washed out of the grass. I recommend them highly, regardless.

Cherry City is our go-to for flooring experts. We've done 2 jobs with them now, laminate wood and most recently, carpet. Their service continues to be exemplary. We had the honor of working with Kent. Kent was extremely attentive and patient. His knowledge of products offered provided us with a great range of color options as well as pricing. He never pushed us beyond our budget, and still made sure we loved what we chose. The project was completed with expert technicians who moved and returned all furniture (even a pool table!), removed and disposed of old carpet, and installed the new carpet to perfection. They were courteous, respectful and very professional. Our carpet is beautiful and we get endless compliments! If you are looking for new flooring, make sure to check our Cherry City. They have been the best!

We had Cherry City replace our counter tops and backslash in our kitchen. They did a beautiful job and were extremely respectful and great to work with. Would definitely works with them again!

We are remodeling two bathrooms and I've gone in several times and talked to Justin. He has been extremely helpful with giving me ideas regarding design and what goes together the best. I went in with one idea and he gave me several different options I wouldn't have come up with myself and it looks great! Thank you Justin!! :)

We just remodeled our home with new flooring and quartz countertops. Patrick was extremely helpful during the entire process. He was adept at helping us with our choices of oak flooring, quartz and tile. Vladimir of Puzzle, llc was responsible for the flooring installation. He was very meticulous and made sure everything was done just right. The quality of work was exemplary. He communicated with us very well. When an issue came up Vladimir would explain the situation and provide us with several options to resolve the issue. He was adept at finding viable solutions to issues that arose during the remodel. Patrick and Vladimir were very professional and we would highly recommend them to others!

On August 9th of this year Cherry City began replacement of the floors of my home. After discussing with their project manager Justin before the work began and the confirming with him after the work was started, I was informed that the work would be completed on August 12th for me to move in that day. Please note that I gave the contractor installer my personal cell number the day he started work. When I arrived at my home on the 12th to move in, the floors and finishings were incomplete or done poorly, the floors were filthy, Taco Bell sauce stains and wrappers were left on my kitchen counter, and a pile of debris were left in my garage. I then called and spoke with Justin about this and was then informed that their contractor installer walked off the job site without telling anyone to leave the job incomplete and in a mess. So at this point their installer didn’t finish the job that he was paid to do and their project manager was very hands-off because he didn’t verify that the job was finished. These things in themselves were very unprofessional, but the problems continued the following week when I had to schedule two more times for their installer to come out to either finish or correct the poor work he had done with everything still not being complete after the second visit. I scheduled a third and final time for their installer to come on the 20th but he didn’t show up and didn’t call me. The installer then came out without notice on the 22nd when no one was available to let him in. After this I informed them that the installer would no longer be welcomed into my home and that they needed to send someone else out to my home that would be professionally competent to finish the work. After much back and forth, on September 10th, their quality control manager Russ came out to finish and correct the work but still did not finish everything. He told me that we was going to have Justin order some more parts the next day and then schedule a time to come back out to finally finish the job. It took him 3 weeks to get back to me. After which he finally finished the job on October 6th. Almost two months after it was scheduled to be completed. I just got a bill from them today for the full amount with no discount for their continuous errors. Stay away from them at all costs and go with someone else!

Walked in, was frowned at and asked..what can I help you with? I was then given to another person..didn't know what his specialty was for the longest time. He was very concerned that we know how expensive everything was going to be... was not impressed and will not return.

After 10 years of Oregon weather, 2 dogs, and 2 kids, our carpet needed to go! But the idea of selecting the right product and installing it ourselves was overwhelming. Knowing one of the founders of the company, I contacted her to obtain general information. Becky was amazing! She came and measured the space, was honest about the flooring we had that was in good condition and wouldn't need to go, and then gave me space and time to decide what was best for us. When we were ready to get moving, we were set up with a great associate who stayed in contact, helped select products that were in our price range and gave realistic feedback about the products and how they would look and fit to our home. Once product was selected we were given an exact start and finish time. They were true to their word, the work was done beautifully, and we are so happy with the result. We love our floors and Cherry City made the process stress free and fun! I compared project prices with a friend who selected a wholesale distributor, completed demo themselves, and had a separate install company. Our price was the same for similar product and square footage, and we had a one-stop-shop, plus the product delivery, and demo were included in our price. I highly recommend Cherry City Interior Designs! We will absolutely be using them for all future projects.

I needed 14 window treatments. Patrick came out with samples. I selected Silhouettes and Honeycomb. I've previously had Silhouettes and their beautiful. Window treatments were installed and, after several days I notice one of the Silhouettes did not match the other two windows (3 windows in a row). Patrick came out, noticed it as well. He contacted the manufacturer and they replaced all three versus just the one. Patrick actually installed those three for me. He is very courteous, professional, and sure in hell knows what he's doing. In the future, it's going to be Patrick since everybody knows; once you have the best you won't settle for less.

Patrick Wood of Cherry City Interiors & Design just completed the update of our newly purchased home in Salem. New hardwood floors, carpeting , window treatments etc - "the whole nine yards". He managed to get all the different flooring etc. done perfectly exactly to our wishes prior to our move-in, while we were 650 miles away. Everything was perfect ! He's a real pro, a pleasure to work with, and we would recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I wanted to redo the floors on our first floor. We wanted to replace the crusty carpet and orangish vinyl that the previous owners put in. We wanted to put in wood and tile. I contacted Cherry City Interiors and Design and spoke with Patrick Wood. Patrick came to our house, did some measurements, presented a few floor samples, explained the pros and cons of the different types of flooring, and gave us a general breakdown of the process. Patrick sent us a quote the next day and invited my wife and I to the showroom to browse other samples we might like. We met Patrick at the showroom later that week, and we were immediately impressed with the variety and quality of samples available at Cherry City. Ultimately, after lots of thought and reevaluation, my wife and I decided to do a darker, chocolatey brown engineered hardwood throughout most of the main floor, with a patterned tile in the bathroom and laundry room. Our plans changed multiple times throughout the process, but Patrick remained patient and professional. He gave us feedback and his honest opinion on our design choices without being condescending or judgmental. He was always available to speak with us and answer any questions we had. And believe me, we had lots of questions. Overall, the process of redoing our floors with Cherry City was painless and quick. My wife and I feel the prices were fair and the contractors picked by Patrick to do the installation were professional and courteous. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service we received at Cherry City Interiors and Design. We would recommend Patrick Wood in a heartbeat.
