Chelsea Design is an award-winning interior design firm founded in 2006 by Samantha McKenna and Regina Agro. The catalyst for formation of the firm stemmed from a desire to design timeless interiors that would be loved and enjoyed by all. Chelsea understands that no two clients are alike, just as no two interiors have the same light, proportions, history or personality. Each and every client is different; and so is each and every space. Chelsea Design interiors are unique from one another. However, they all reflect Samantha and Regina’s personal aesthetic: their fondness for light, air and space; their pursuit of both simplicity and refinement, and the importance they attach to the selection of materials and the use of texture. Working with them was a pleasure as they kept up their friendly smiles with the last minutes adjustments we implemented. Building our house in the Keys asked for an unique design which represented the "Keys Feeling" and the modern style we Europeans are used to. They did it!

Words can not describe the gratitude we have for Chelsea Design. They helped make our vision become a reality! From projection ideation, to execution, they were with us every step of the way and made sure that all of the small attention to details were not forgotten. Ambiance was critical in ensuring that the feel of our space came to fruition, and the ability to blend a retail store / cafe / motorcycle shop was no easy feat. Professionalism, knowledge, and work quality were top notch. We were also able to come in under budget!! I can not say enough good things about Chelsea Design!

Chelsea did a fantastic job assisting us with the restoration of a 1000+ years old house in the Umbrian countryside. From collaborating with the architect on floor plans, electrical project, etc to designing the kitchen and many custom pieces of furniture (as you can imagine, a house this old has many irregular corners and other challenges) and interacting directly with local craftsmen. Chelsea managed our budget very effectively by creatively sourcing good quality local and non-local options. They have an incredible eye for measurements and for making a space both functional and beautiful. I would certainly recommend them.

Chelsea Designs was hired to do a complete renovation on a 1960 ranch house I purchased in The Hamptons. I wanted to preserve the integrity and the simplicity of its original design while enjoying all modern amenities. Chelsea Designs delivered, within budget and on time, exactly what I wanted: practical, charming style with understated elegance. Inside, thoughtful architectural details, superb lighting and a revised, open floor plan transformed this once-ordinary midcentury home into an unforgettable peaceful retreat.

We hired Chelsea design once we realized we knew the look we wanted but weren't sure how to bring it all together, from lighting, flooring, wall color, cabinets, tiles, electrical layout, plumbing fixtures, etc. With the cost of one wrong decision or choice far outweighing the cost of hiring Chelsea, it was a great investment. What we got in return far exceeded our expectations. Excellent communication, worked within our budget, scheduling, all the things we thought our GC would handle were driven by Chelsea. We ended up trusting their decision making and what a relief and reward. Best part of the entire process was the end result!!! Absolutely nailed what we were looking for and no way we could have achieved the same results without them.

The women at Cheslea Design are the most professional people I worked with during our renovation. Their attitude and knowledge, not only on the design processes but the building and renovation process is a relief and proved to put myself and my husband at ease during a new build/renovation. These women went above and beyond the scope of work that was originally discussed and still to this day a part of finalizing the odds and ends of a 20 month project that was almost destroyed because of a previous contractor. These women are a breath of fresh air, their experience and ability to get the job done made the project what it was supposed to be...a dream come true.

I hired Chelsea design to manage a ground up design and furnishing on a 4,300 sq foot apartment in South of Fifth area of Miami Beach. I was out of town and it required remote management and communications. They did a terrific job providing beautiful design choices, frequent reporting, a great eye, diligence and always went the extra mile. Samantha and her team at Chelsea design did an amazing job on the refurbishment and decorating of my new condominium in Nassau, Bahamas. Samantha has been involved in a few of my projects before but not on this scale. Samantha was in charge of all aspects of the project including a new kitchen, new floors and all new furniture and fixtures. The furnishings are perfect for the scale of the rooms and Samantha's choices of fabrics and colors compliment the ocean views. This is my primary home and I have never loved a home more than this one.
