Cathy was very knowledgeable and guided us through our kitchen remodel. After talking through what we were looking for, her ideas for designing the cabinets were right on. It was important to us to have some control over the budget and she provided us with a range of choices that helped us stay on budget, on time as well as meet our needs. She provided options for contractors that were great all round.

I had seen her ideas through committees we worked on together and therefore wanted to hire her. She is enthusiastic, generous of time, funneled multiple ideas to our liking, creatively used our limited space and introduced us to some absolutely phenomenal people...our general contractor and our master tile contractor. She and Paul Dybdahl were courteous in first looking at the kitchen remodel and had a contagious energy of possible solutions to what had become a hated flow of kitchen chaos. Cathy was upfront with limitations and cost, understanding our want of cost containment, but also allowing us to upgrade with our full awareness of going outside the original budget. I LOVE the remodel, and am thankful for the patience from her, her company and her contacts for working through some quirky complicated situations that we provided. I was feeling unsure about the design choices I had made for my master bathroom remodeling project. After seeing some selections Cathy had done for a neighbor, I called her to ask if she could help. I spent approximately two hours with her at the tile store, we had a plan. A plan I was in love with. She had great ideas, exceptional taste, and she's a fast thinker. She answered all my emails, all my phone calls and came over promptly at 7:30 AM when I had a grout emergency. Turns out the grout was defective. I love my new bathroom and I owe that to my construction crew and Cathy Driftmier.

Cathy has worked as our interior designer on several kitchen and bathroom projects. She has a great attention to detail and has been very easy for us, our clients and subcontractors to work with. Cathy is able to create custom designs that best fit our clients lifestyles, taste and are realistic to build. She is always responsive, professional and has creative ideas

Cathy Driftmier designed our kitchen to fit into a small space and to be much more functional and pleasing to be in. She was able to fit in an island, with incredible storage, and move the stove and refrigerator to provide more efficient use of space. She consulted about color combinations that worked very well and recommended a skilled company to design window treatments. She worked effectively with our contractor throughout the project. She listened carefully to our needs for budget constraints and was able to skillfully guide us through selection of granite and back-splash materials, even when we had different tastes and style needs. She also recently worked with us on some bathroom updates. Again, our experience in working with Cathy Driftmier was wonderful. I have recommended her work to several potential clients in the past 4 years.

Cathy helped come up with a design that worked for us. She helped us envision what was and wasn't possible, and her design software allowed us to basically view the room from multiple angles and perspectives to get a good idea of what the finished room would look like, which was very helpful. She had good ideas of her own, but was also able to incorporate our desires and tastes to come up with designs that would be personally appealing to us. Often we had vague ideas of what we wanted, and Cathy's expertise and design helped bring some form to those ideas and ultimately bring them to fruition. We were very pleased with the final results.

I had started on a kitchen remodel project and was not happy with the two design resources I had consulted. I became aware of Cathy's work as she had done a large project in my neighborhood. When I contacted her, she brought her enthusiasm, vision, excellent recommendations and most importantly, listening skills to our home. One year after completion of the remodel, we moved to our lake home in Door County. The realtor said, "This kitchen will sell this home". Four days after listing, in the midst of a dreary market, it sold.
