Caruana did a household reno for us that was pretty much top to bottom. New ceilings, cabinets, countertops, flooring throughout, paint, vanities and showers. We were very pleased with the end result. In spite of our "spur of the moment" additions and changes the project stayed on timelines and schedule. The communication by the crew (Carl & Cal) coordinating our project was excellent. They did an awesome job of managing and organizing subtrades to keep things running smoothly. We have recommended Caruana to friends of ours and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for homes renos or projects, whatever the scope. From ownership to office staff to project coordinators great people to deal with.

As a realtor I've seen a lot of bad contractors and I've seen some good ones. But when it came to my personal home, I wanted to hire a great one. I purchased a home in the winter, and when spring came along I found an ANY INFESTATION which was ruining the integrity of an exterior French door along with water getting into the wall. So I had a few quotes done, and also wanted some new windows placed into the exterior wall for a bigger view of my fantastic backyard. Graham and his team came with high reviews, and I've met others who personally used the Caruana Team. I was WOWED by the professionalism and entire process including the detail in all the work. You definitely pay for what you get, and I was happy to pay every cent owing to them. I have no problem referring them to any of my clients when the opportunity arises.

We decided to hire Caruana to renovate our master ensuite not only because it was a local company with a good reputation, but because Graham’s responsiveness and professionalism put our minds at ease. We are business owners ourselves, and when Graham mentioned that Caruana uses the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to run the business, like our company does, we knew they were a company to be trusted. Caruana's team of project managers and tradespeople were punctual, very clean and clearly experienced in their field of specialty. Any errors or mistakes (and what big renovation project doesn't have issues?) were quickly remedied. Unfortunately, COVID lockdown hit right in the middle of my project. I was stressed about having tradespeople in and out of my house, but Caruana went above and beyond to make sure only one tradesperson was there at a time and everything was cleaned afterwards. The project was estimated to take two months and they were right on time - even with COVID. Warranty service has been excellent. We had a couple of minor things that needed looking into and Graham was on it right away. We absolutely love our gorgeous ensuite and look forward to working with Caruana on future projects!

From the top down Caruana Interiors and Contracting is a great choice if you are looking to complete a home renovation. This is a great organization filled with tremendous, quality individuals. Neville, Graham, Cal, Jessica and the rest of the Caruana team have all gone above and beyond what could possibly be expected of them, and have time and time again blown away my expectations. They delivered a professional level product with exceptional customer and service delivery, but they also demonstrated they really care about their customers. That means a lot and is not something I can say that I am used to. During my contracted renovations, tragedy struck in the form of a blown pipe in my units wall. The Caruana team took care of me, going above and beyond what I could have ever expected of them, and helped prevent damage, before working to restore my unit to the beautiful condition it is in today. Neville Ward came through in a pinch and saved me thousands of dollars. When I became aware of a tight deadline for submitting a permit application to create a legal secondary suite in my rental home I reached out to Neville. His knowledge of the rules, the changes upcoming, the process for application, and the necessary preparation of the permit application made it very easy for me to get it in under the wire. With the permit secured we were then able to move through the process of actually completing the needed renovations. Neville, and his team at Caruana Interiors & Contracting, did an exceptional job in laying out the project, including the costs and timelines. They took into consideration the tenants living in the house so they could minimize disruption to them. They completed the work in a very professional and timely manner. Now I have a rental property that can be even more effectively rented and when the time comes to sell it will be worth even more. I have used Caruana 3 times....kitchen, en-suite bathroom and guest bathroom over the last 3 years. The work has been very professional by Caruana staff and the hired trades people were all extremely capable. Valerie Kosik-Sawyer, the interior designer, especially made my choices of tiles and colours etc. easier to make. Efforts were made to keep to a reasonable time line and my questions were always answered. I would and have recommended them to my friends and neighbours.

We are very pleased with the work that Caruana did in renovating Two bathrooms. All staff are competent, highly skilled and professional. The work was scheduled to suit our needs and finished on time. The fixtures used are very high quality. We were able to work within our budget.
