Rusty has been living in the Dayton area for over 15 years. He started painting while in high school and continued painting through college, where he majored in Electronics engineering and business administration. After a successful career in manufacturing management, he decided to start his own painting company, C & C Painting and Pressure Washing, LLC in 2001. Since then he has been 100% involved in the business, overseeing its growth, and taking whatever steps necessary to build the company's reputation of superior quality and customer service.
