I am a local custom home builder who has used Builders Materials for many many years! They carry superior stone products, fireplaces, BBQ grills and an array of pre-cast concrete products. They have an excellent show room that is filled with ideas and concepts that are very helpful when trying to visualize the products. The level of customer service I receive is always second to none! Great fireplace-great service! We purchased the Mendota 47 linear model. From the first day we started shopping for our new fireplace we knew that we would go back to Builders Materials to make our purchase. These guys still know what customer service is and spend time explaining the pros and cons of different styles and technologies. They were able to refer installers that did a great job in a timely manner. This is a sweet fireplace if your interested in the linear look. It not only looks good but also puts out the heat.

The staff at Builder's Materials is by far the most knowledgeable of any I have dealt with. They took the time to answer all of my questions and make suggestions as to how better accomplish my design goals. They have an extensive selection of products to choose from and will walk you through the basics. I have been building an outdoor fireplace and they have all the materials I've needed. I've bought a Vestal cast iron damper, spec mix mortar, flagstone and veneerstone. They have awesome customer service and always fully answer your questions. Aaron one of the owners is quite knowledgable. There are other places in town where you might pinch a penny or two but you wont have great customer service like this. Their new showroom is a great place to get ideas of how their products look installed and give customers inspiration. I highly recommend them for any of your building materials.
