Building projects include basement, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and a host of other home improvement services. We specialize in small projects with a quick turn-around time, yet we have the expertise to manage your larger projects as well. We pride ourselves on professional and dependable services at reasonable rates. Customer satisfaction and attention to detail are our primary goals. Steve Bredernitz is also a part-time instructor at Washtenaw Community College where he teaches kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling plus other construction classes. Our project is featured in the "Modern, Sleek Home Renovation" gallery. It has been several months since project completion, and we are still in awe of the gorgeous improvements. Steve and his team renovated our kitchen, nook, laundry room, dinning room, foyer and staircase. Wow. Everyone on the Bredernitz team was great to work with. We appreciated their open communication, and attention to detail. They were very considerate of us while we remained in the house through the extensive renovations. Steve and his team renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms. They are very professional (and pleasant/nice) and Steve pays great attention to detail. He helped me with design suggestions or linked me to his suppliers to help me with choices. The finished project is awesome -we are very pleased. Best kitchen this house could have and master bathroom is so nice our college kids refuse to use their own! Hughly recommend Bredernitz Professional Services.
