We found Nick and his team amazing. They completed our bathroom when we needed their help urgently. The team were friendly, kept the area tidy throughout and we ended up with a fantastic bathroom. They stayed in contact and we felt at ease the whole way through. They did such a great job in our hour of need that we asked if they could come back and do our kitchen and living area. The results were once again exactly what we wanted. Beautiful, i now have my dream home.

Kylie and Nick have been so amazing to work with. They have provided amazing advise all the way through our build and have exceptional design and styling ideas. They know what works well and really listened to what we wanted and were amazing in providing us with different options to get what we wanted. There team are wonderful to work with and easy going, we had a lot of laughs along the way which made the whole experience that much more exciting. Our end result was better than we could have ever thought possible and are amazed at how easy it all came together with their on going support all the way though. Thank you so much guys we could not have asked for a better experience. I can not express how truly grateful we are to you guys for our beautiful home.

These guys are awesome. We have used them multiple times to assist i the renovation on our home and their work is implacable. They manage the projects well and each day, you would not even know they have been as they clean up after themselves to get ready for the next day. They work very efficiently when they are managing the project and the crew seems very happy to be there. They take pride in their work. I am now moving towards building a brand new house and am contacting them to build this for us as well. Not only did they do work for us, but as a professional in finance, I have recommended them to my clients too and have heard nothing but good feedback.

We found building this house from initial meeting, design, build, finishing to completion was a very stress free and cost effect process. Kylie and Nick of Nick Bosanac Builders were the perfect mix of calm, encouraging, supporting our choices but also happy to help us make the right decisions while making us feel we were getting the house we wanted. The technical side of build which was way out of our realm was all done to a high standard and the finish is amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and Nothing was a drama if we decided we needed something tweaking - we love the final result. We would be happy to recommend them to anyone who wants a home with a great finish, great design and something which is of the highest quality. Most importantly also the project came in on budget and timeline despite COVID-19 holdups so would have been delivered ahead on time.

Dave Allan

Had Nick and the team add a garage onto our existing apartment. The build was replica villa style with some complexity and matching required. Nick and his team were awesome, clean, tidy, personable and completed the job to a high standard. Most people that see it think it was there all along. On budget, on time.

We are thoroughly delighted with our new house built by Bosanac Builders (Nick Bosanac and team). They provided a no-fuss, stress-free build experience with excellent attention to detail, and a very efficient and prompt service. We are extremely happy with the building materials/products used, which are all of a very high quality. Due to their exceptional organisational skills of both Nick and Kylie Bosanac, Project Manager, every stage of the build process was on track all the way through. Kylie has excellent interior design skills which helped immensely with regard to what choices we made and was only too helpful to source materials for our ideas. We were able to move into the house in the time frame we were anticipating just before Christmas! Nick Bosanac Builders is a very high-quailty builder. Nick and his team show up on time, get the job done and don't settle for less than the highest quality work from their team and their contractors. The house that Nick built for my mum is elegant, beautiful and practical. His attention to detail shows on every surface, every corner and every function. He also worked with me when issues with dealing with trees on our property came up unexpectedly. He came up with a solution that fitted everyone involved. I doubt another builder would have worked with us with so much respect.
