Purchased a Master Series dual fuel range 5 years ago and have had nothing but problems. The bottom burner element caught fire the last time!! Bertazzoni will send a replacement part but you get stuck paying for labor EVERY TIME. I think I got a lemon or their product is just junk. The last time the bottom element lasted all of 2 weeks. I mean how hard is it to make an oven that can bake???
SO very disappointed I spent $3,000 on this product.

We purchased a new Bertazzoni fridge, but the fridge component routinely freezes the food. This has been an ongoing problem for several months. Initially, Bertazzoni was responsive and supportive. But their technicians were unable to fix it.
However, in the last two months, Bertazzoni has made the process very slow. I've called on multiple occasions asking to speak to a manager to figure out remediation, and no manager has contacted me. Today, they finally offered to escalate the case to a manager and I am awaiting an update. I will update the review accordingly.
Living without a fully-working fridge is a major inconvenience, and so the slowness is a major issue.

Do not buy UNLESS you have personally confirmed that there is a service company near your area. You will NOT be able to get service. One week for Bertazzoni to find someone who would service the gas stove which is DEAD- nothing lights up. That person never called me, and when I called, he stated he was booked up. He never called back and never returned my calls.
It has been 2 weeks and still I have not idea when and if my stove can be fixed. I have been calling daily and they always have an excuse why I should wait one more day. I demanded to talk to a manager. and I have since been told a total of 3 times that a manager will call me back. No one has called yet.
If you ask the "customer support" what my options are, they are curiously silent. I asked for the corporate address and they quickly told me to hold and after 35 minutes (I have the pic) she came back and said that, again, a manager would call me back. I asked for the name of the manager. She did not know, "there are many managers" she replied.... I have a 7k non working appliance and no way to get any response from the company.

I have a Bertazoni refrigerator which has been broken 6 weeks. Customer service is terrible. First they assigned a service provider which I found out they don’t fix this refrigerator any more. Then they assigned another one after two part came in they said they can not fix it. This has been a nightmare. Nobody has empathy or sense of urgency!…. I kept calling to speed it up as every piece they ordered was in back order, or came from Italy. Every customer service person gave me a different info. Total disaster. Nobody from Bertazoni calls even though they say yes manager will call you…. I filed a complaint and more to come….I desperately need a solution and my money back. This is a refrigerator which is under warranty.

I purchased a Bertazzoni MAST365GASXE oven in 11/19. The oven has not worked properly since the day we took delivery. It either doesn't light or doesn't stay lit. I have been complaining since we got it, and have disrupted my schedule multiple times for repairs. It is still not fixed.
Bertazzoni is claiming that since the warranty has expired they will only cover parts and not labor.
That is unacceptable to me. I have been more than patient over 2.5 years and numerous attempts at fixing my oven, but the fact remains that I am stuck with a defective oven that hasn't been fixed. Bertazzoni has an obligation to honor their warranty and stand behind their product. This issue began well within the warranty window and was not corrected. That is not my fault, nor should I have to pay for it.
Needless to say, for the price I paid, this is not the quality I expect of the Bertazzoni product or their customer service.

One of the induction burners has an E9 error. Then the whole stove top stops working oven works. This happened after install. We had to buy a separate single top to be able to cook. Also using air fryer and hippy. Very disappointed. I should have posted here earlier. Unable to get service where we are at.

Given the fact that 'you get what you paid for' I thought we would be relatively safe with our purchase based on the higher end pricing of the Bertazzoni products. Have really tried to avoid submitting a negative review and tried our best to be patient. But the Bertazzoni customer service..or lack thereof... sets a new low. In all fairness and to remove any bias, I am certain they have plenty of good products.
But their complete lack of care or effort to resolve a simple customer service issue that has gone on for months, would prevent us from ever purchasing another Bertazzoni product. We could not comfortably recommend this company to potential buyers and certainly not to any of our friends. Again in fairness, if you purchase a Bertazzoni product and do not have any issues and do not have to rely on a response from their customer service, you should be fine.

Bought Bertazzoni range and microwave-speed oven. The speed oven broke a month before Thanksgiving. Over a week later it was picked up and taken for repair. A month later returned and almost installed - but it didnt work. Retaken back and another appointment made and canceled, and 2nd appointment made and cancelled. I should (maybe?) get my oven back in another week. But I do not hold out hope. Besides I was told by rep- "It is not that big of a thing..." Expect this type of repair service.

This is the worst oven I've ever owned in my life. It broke, and took over a month and a half to fix because the service repair company had no idea what was going on AND the Italian factory simply (who had to provide the part) would not answer their emails. It got to the point where my husband and I had to call two times a day - once in the AM and once in the PM. The entire time it wasn't working. Now two months later and it's broken again. The oven just won't light. I called Betrazonni and got MAJOR attitude from the customer service rep who told me that "it doesn't matter how much I spent on the oven because high end products still break" when I told him that I expected my $3,000 oven to work consistently. Never again. My cheapo GE range worked WAY better than the Betrazzoni.

Had to replace our old gas/electric range a few years ago. Had my heart set on another high end brand. Saw the Bertazzoni and fell in love with it! Saw it in orange, but ended up going with the all stainless steel. Got a great deal that included the range hood. Not only is it a beautiful range, the range top and oven are amazing. If I ever move, I'm taking it with me, or buying another one!

After a great deal of research, we decided to purchase our Bertazzoni range and Microwave Vent Hood. After 2+ years, we could still not be happier! Our Bertazzoni Range has greatly upped our culinary skills, while bringing a professional chef's kitchen aesthetic to our home! Also, the Microwave Vent Hood is the best microwave we have owned! We love our Berties!
