My experience with Bath Planet has not been a pleasant one. Unfortunately, they sent over a high pressure salesman who had me ordering items I did not want or need. He was at my house for 3 hours and being a 72 year old woman and alone in my home I could not overcome the high pressure delivery. In the beginning I told the salesman I did not need a new tub as mine was still in good condition. I spoke with the manager and asked her if we could just remove the new tub from the contract and proceed with the rest of the contract. She stated that I had signed the contract and paid 1/2 the amount and thus they have kept my down payment and will not work with me. This has been going on since January 28, 2021. My e-mails to them go unanswered or responses are 7 to 14 days later. I've contacted the head office in Illinois and received little assistance from them. The BBB has tried to help, but nothing has been resolved. These are unfair sales tactics. Bath Planet does not care to work toward a positive outcome and seem to be concerned only about keeping my money and not caring about a dissatisfied customer. Completion date below is incorrect. This project has never been started

Good Day, We are very happy with Bath Planet's work on remodeling our guest bath ( tub, shower and surround) in our newly purchased manufactured home. Matt came out and gave us the original, no cost, consultation, showing all the options and and answering our questions. After another gentleman ( whose name escapes me at the moment) came later to get the precise measurements and was very helpful and informative also, adding a few more details. The day of the installation arrived with Josh and Dakotas arriving on time with everything needed. They worked through the day , were very personable, professional and efficient, and kept us in the loop, answering all our questions and concerns and even anticipating matters were hadn't yet considered. When they finished, all areas were cleaned up thoroughly and they spent time with us explains care and cleaning recommendations. All in all, we are very satisfied. Thank you Bath Planet, looks and works great!

Bath Planet did an excellent job on our complete kitchen remodel. From tear out of everything to drywall, plumbing, electrical, custom cabinets, stone countertop and tile, all of the workmanship was top notch. Our coordinator, Dakota, was a godsend with his knowledge of all of the trades and willingness to coordinate and pull it all together for beautiful results. We are very pleased with the stunning outcome. My only complaint is that it took a couple of months for them to begin our job, which would have been ok if they could have given us even a rough estimate of when they would begin. Be sure and ask for a general start date. Beautiful final results!

Our bathroom remodeling project looks absolutely fantastic. We also hired their sister company Surface Innovations to do our kitchen remodel. Our cabinets and counter tops look stunning and the remodeling process was so well handled. We were updated and kept in the loop.

The sales rep that came to our house was wonderful! We worked out a solution for our tub conversion and were able to secure awesome financing. Highly recommend using this company for New Mexico bathroom remodeling.I am completely satisfied with my experience with Bath Planet. The workers arrived on time, protected surfaces of hallways from the entry door to the bathroom, performed the conversion in a timely manner, removed all construction debris and cleaned up after themselves. The shower is a beautiful update to my bathroom.
